只有價格好，這次的房間有股隱隱約約的臭味，好多小強，對於出差來説，這些就糟糕了！！！！網絡不行，不曉得是不是iPhone 手機的問題，那個龜速啊……

This is the worst hotel stay I have personally witnessed. We had to be moved to three..yes three different rooms that were in horrible conditions. First room literally had no locking door. Second room missing fire alarm, shredded comforter and raggedy half done linens on bed, ceiling popcorn falling and damaged, bugs on the ac unit. Third room.. looked perfect until you sat on the bed and the bed literally buckled. Unsafe..badly worn and much needed updates to EVERYTHING! We ended up checking out and finding another property.

Nice and big room, fresh bathroom. We were three guys staying in a room with two doublebeds. Really nice women in the reception and breakfast. All nice and clean and very quiet area. Close to shop and restaurants. Couldnt ask for more.

Dirty, in disrepair, needs renovation and cleaning. Roaches in room and dining room. Worst comfort inn ever. The check in person was friendly. Breakfast was not up to usual standards. Halls and elevator were dirty.

Pros.... the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Friendly and made you feel welcome. Any issues that I had they responded quickly. They had breakfast, small selection, but it was hot and fresh. Property is close to interstate, shops, and restaurants. Short walk across the street to IHOP and next door on either side is a gas station and Chili’s. So if you’re not looking to travel far for food or gas....you’re good to go. Cons..... the first room they gave me had no TV, no shade on the lamp, sheets and pillow cases were dirty. ( Had no problem switching rooms when I went to front desk). Second room was better, minus the shower never got hot, cant even say the water was like warm. If you are one that likes to take cold showers, you would have been happy. The towels were dirty, dingy, and had human hairs on them. The sink filled with water when using and drained VERY SLOWLY. Called front desk and they rectified that problem quickly. But by next morning, it was draining slow again. The building needs an overall update. Fresh paint, cleaner carpets, side door to building does not close properly ( security issue) ANYONE can gain access through that door at ANY TIME OF DAY OR NITE.

*Hallways smelled of insecticide *roach and other black bug crawled on bed *dirty comforter *received a refund but they gave it hesitantly even though they know of the poor conditions *suffered infectious spider bites *because the ailments persisted called back to seek further compensation or at least some understanding and was told I should have called sooner and was spoken to harshly. Manager Dewana was not apologetic. *DO NOT STAY HERE
