The bathroom is quiet small, no elevator which is a bit inconvenient if you carry big luggage case. The room is ok, breakfast is decent but the dining room is small, it's crowd there during morning time.

The cabin was old but clean.Thr problem was that our water heater failed, they had to work for four hours in the room with all of our stuff inside. They couldn't fix it since it's an old installation, they offerd us to move to another cabin, and give a discount for the inconvenience, we accepted. In the second cabin the hot water ALSO FAILED, my kid was freezing at half shower, it was midnight New years eve so we went to sleep and didn't shower. At the next day the lady in the front desk refused to honor the disccount even when i told her we also had problems on the second cabin, she had a very rude attitude. Jackson it's a beautiful town but I wouldn't recommend the elk for your stay.

Starting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.

The detached cottage is quite nice and quiet overall. It has an induction cooker, private bathroom, and private parking space. One minor issue is that the sink is a bit small. The service is excellent; whether you call or contact the front desk, they quickly send someone to help. The price is a little high, but understandable at this time of year, and relatively good value for money.

The room was spacious, and although the facilities were old, it was still clean. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Deer Antler Park. The American breakfast had everything you'd expect. However, the balcony of the room directly faced two large trash cans, which was quite unpleasant.

The environment is very good, right next to the ski resort, surrounded by many restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spacious rooms, and good breakfast.

The hotel is clean and tidy, very close to the town center, within walking distance of shopping and dining, and the gas station is also nearby. The room is quite big, the breakfast is delicious, in short, everything exceeded expectations.

Our whole family likes the classical style. The swimming pool and hot spring exceeded our expectations. The breakfast caters to various customs and is both hot and cold. There are also many restaurants with good food nearby. There is a long snow trail in the courtyard, which is the first choice for skiing in winter.

The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Recommended

The room was very unique.

The air conditioner was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at night. The breakfast is very good and the hygiene is good. Parking in the courtyard is convenient. The overall design style is very western.

The bathroom is a bit old but very clean. The towels are soft and tea and coffee are provided. The breakfast is simple, but as a long-established hotel in a tourist attraction, it is quite OK to maintain such an environment in a limited space.

The hotel is in a good location and the parking lot was full of cars.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The cabin is very cozy and well-equipped. My children like it very much. It's very close to Jackson Town Center, and convenient for dining and shopping. Come again if you have a chance
