Love it here staff are great location is great it’s quiet has a gym laundry room ice machine and a great outdoor covered seating area for smoking only issue is the WiFi goes in and out to much so I’m always I’m using my hotspot

Its a new building so everything is sparkling clean. Check in is quick and easy. They have problems with their system at first because it gave the receptionist a not made room. He gave us another room. Its spacious, new beddings, has a fridge, tv and a microwave. No hairdryer, but i dont mind it. I highly recommend this place. I love that the he printed a sketch to where your room is located and parking is just in front the room door. It's pretty secure, i dont see any ***** hanging outside the property. There's a lot of cctv on the premises, i saw it in front of reception and i think i saw a security guard (I'm not sure but that person looks like it, I maybe wrong because I didnt ask) No loud music that i heared. With the price, you cant beat the value. The only feedback i could give to management is to change the bed frames, its not solid. It moves and creates noise. No breakfast but has a coffee maker in the receiving area. You need to pay for Kcup vending machine.

Well I don't like that you um Do not have remote control in the room sometime for the TV And to and also it's no phone In the room That you can call the front desk Also there's no chair in the room to sit down and watch television hurry But It is what it is

I enjoyed my stay water in the bathroom doesn't come out hot just warm. Before booking which I suggest is added to description that 100 deposit is required at check in. They say once they inspect the room funds will be released. Misleading still waiting on my deposit return. Not everyone has an extra 100 to keep on hold a few days. Misleading with the cheap room price. I left the room in great condition and didn't smoke indoors. Just hope it's not a scam

The only thing about the room is that the bed can be comfortable more comfortable and it do not have a sitting chair that you can sit in as far as lounging just only a table with two chairs to eat but the chairs are not as comfortable

Place is really clean and the rooms were okay.. tree problems. The room reeked of Fabreeze! The smell was so bad it gave me a headache.. It was cold when I stayed in Jacksonville and the heater in the room didn't work. Also the beds were tiny, pillows wrapped in plastic..

It was nice that this is a new property. The power kept turning off randomly in my first room. Only the TV, light, and A/C was running. The front desk was not able to give me their emergency contact phone number for any overnight emergency. The front desk shuts down and closes at 10:00 p.m. I was left unanswered. Later I was moved to a second room. Maintenance did not speak English. There was a communication barrier. The bathtub did not drain. I had to shower with dirty water in the tub. For about half my two night stay, the toilet was not flushing and overrunning. I grew tired and annoyed for having to call the front desk over and over. There is no phone in the room to call them. So make sure you have your own. I wanted to wash my hair, but there was no blow dryer in the bathrooms. I've never stayed at a hotel with no blow dryer in the bathroom. I thought that was a basic standard. This place is new but needs correcting in their available rooms, like placing batteries in the TV remote.

Great for the price. Friendly staff.
