I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. THE SHOWER HAD STANDING WATER WHILE USING IT, MY ROOM WAS DIRTY, AND THE AC LEAKED A BURNT SMELL THROUGH THE VENT.

The place is definitely not the ritz Carlton, but it served the purpose we need. The real reason I’m leaving this review is because Brandy the assistant manager was amazing. She accommodated every one of our needs without even hesitating. She was always a sweetheart to us, and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help us in any way she could. She even let us do a late checkout free of charge which was massively helpful the day we checked out.

The new place to order Cuban food from, out by the pool, was AMAZING! Highly recommend the Cuban sandwich!

I must say the food was good. But my room was a little dirty no trash can a few towels for a double room and the hot water sucks very bad and the towel I call for service that didn't help but I finally got it to flush still was slow but it went down. We made it doe.

The bed was not comfortable they also was off track didn't have enough tissue or towels one lamp and the whole room that I had to use for lighting no curtains up to the windows just blinds I felt like I was being watched the whole night I could not sleep the whole weekend

The room ws disgusting. There was no blanket in rhe room. The door to the bathroom would not close, the floor was filthy, there were burn marks on the counter and dresser. There was very little light in the room, the tv would not stay on. The house keeping staff spoke no english, and the assistant manager was rude.

Unit was not safe as far as lock was concerned. Unit was old and no updates. I had to look under matress to see if there was bed bugs.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures, roaches everywhere, alot of families live there, my tv had to be changed, got locked out of the room after work, they had to break into it with a crowbar then changed my room, everything was dirty we had to go buy plugins for the moldy smell
