I will appreciate the friendliness of all your staff and the services they provide to me. The staff who is in front desk Vijeya with the happy smile , he always took time to chat with me to make sure all ok, he really does care. you won't meet a Team who friendly, kind and outstanding service in any other hotel than Jaffna Heritage , I seen such genuine smiles on faces as on the staff here. Cleaners, house keeping, reception, waiters, chef, animation team. They are a credit to this hotel and the management should be extremely proud! Thank you whole team for your outstanding service. The hotel, Rooms, pools and all areas are exceptionally and immaculately clean every single day without fail. This level of cleanliness is brilliant. A great Hotel in Jaffna and one that I would surely come back to.

The Jaffna Heritage Hotel is a very nice small Boutique Hotel within walking distance of the historic Nallur Kandaswamy Temple. The Hotel is a fairly new building so all amenities are modern but it manages to retain a feel for the history of Jaffna. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly which made for a very pleasant 4 night stay. The Buffet Breakfast gets the day off to a good start with an array of Sri Lankan Vegetarian delicacies. Dinner options are more limited but there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The beautifully maintained grounds of the Hotel are within a walled compound in what would have been a residential area in the past. A main feature of the outside space is the lovely Pool which is just what is needed after a hot and sweaty day touring around Jaffna. Jaffna has had its troubles in the past but remains a beautiful part of Sri Lanka with great depths of history and culture and a most resilient, kind and welcoming people. If you’re ready to explore Jaffna, it’s people and rich history then the Jaffna Heritage Hotel would make the perfect base for you 🙏

Such a beautiful hotel that everyone must visit if ur in Jaffna :) 🎈calm environment and beautiful location :) customer care was excellent and staffs were so friendly more than that good vegetarian food • I stayed for 2 days and had good sleep too😬 I did a photoshoot on my stay too definitely will come back 🎉

Very nice place . Clean and tidy place. Swimming pool was very nice and clean. Friendly staffs Special thanks to Rageepan .He was very helpful. Breakfast was very nice but only vegetarian I will recommend this place if you want to come to Jaffna and relax. If I come again Jaffna I will stay here again.

We stayed at the Jaffna Heritage Hotel for 2 nights in April. From start to finish it was the best vacation we have had in Sri Lanka. Mr. Vijekumara the manager booked our rooms and was extremely helpful and accommodating. He held the rooms for us until we paid the deposit the next day, arranged a vehicle for us to get about in Jaffna and made sure there was someone to help us when we arrived at 4:30 in the morning. His customer service was excellent. The hotel itself has old world charm in an ideal setting. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. It has all the basic amenities, set in peaceful surroundings. The buffet breakfast featured authentic Jaffna/Sri Lankan food and was delicious. I highly recommend the Jaffna Heritage Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jaffna heritage hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the pool is very appreciated in the Jaffna heat. Vijay at the front desk was exceptional with his welcoming smile, his management of the hotel, advising and helping us to organise our side trips. He was friendly and knowledgeable about places to visit and good restaurants to eat at. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Jaffna breakfast was varied, delicious and interesting.

We had a wonderful stay in this very well managed small boutique hotel; our room was large enough and nicely decorated. We appreciated the tidiness of the room and of the entire venue . Excellent Sri Lankan breakfast: all is fresh and carefully cooked. The staff is always ready to help, in particular Vije, the GM.

We spent 3 nights at the Hertiage Hotel and had the best time. The facilities are outstanding, the staff is super nice. Breakfast is superb. Having access to a pool in the heat of Jaffna is priceless. Great vegetarian food options around the corner. Rios Ice Cream is loved by locals and you should try it as well. Definitely recommend.

Amazing stay !! Soooo vintage and aesthetic!! Excellent facilities, staff and great spread of food!!! Each corner of this property is neatly planned! Big walkway with scenic views !! Well maintained swimming pool!! VINTAGE is the key takeaway of this stay!!
