Make my trip has deducted my money and no refund is still allotted. They have not booked hotel but confirmation was given to me no details were shared with hotel. Hotel denied the booking and i had to face loss of money and mental stress, last minute emergencies

Staff was good and had a friendly behaviour location is also reachable although room size was very small and the bed was also not that big me and my spouse could hardly fit in

The behaviour of receptionist is very bad .. he is not talking in good way.. and he charge extra amount although I will never go there again in future ..😡😡😡😡😡

They gave me invoice of food at 18 percent gst. And on asking them to give me invoice with my gst. No. They refused it. Fraud is clear in this.
