Location was great, 2 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes to the lake. Room was clean. It had a kettle but no fridge. The street below was noisy at night with people shouting. However, the hotel refused to honour my Trip.com booking for a double room and insisted I had booked a single room. It had a narrow 80cm bed. Despite me showing email confirmations and print outs, reception staff were rude and would not budge. Trip.com was great and although they were not able to sort it out, they gave me a goodwill gesture towards my next booking.

Very close to train station and safe! The staff are smart that will check who enter the hotel! The room is very clean with bathtub! I like the stylish design. It is fresh in summer! Recommend to everyone!

Just across main train station in Geneva. Booked 2 rooms for 4 persons but there were 6 beds in the 3 rooms. Asked for indoor slippers, given 4 complementary without question. Reception helpful with advises on what to do and where to eat.

Perfect location, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. It is simple to get around Geneva by walking, tram, bus, and shuttle boat from the hotel. The room is clean and tidy. The staff is nice and helpful. Just one thing could be better. The room's sound insulation is inadequate. We heard noises coming from adjacent rooms or the street. Our room is on the second level, right near to the street. The noise from the street sweeping woke us up every morning around 6 a.m. I believe another side room would be better. We didn't request a room change because we were just staying for a very short time.

Centraly located, clean rooms. Sound proof windows. However no airconditioner in the room so might be too warm in the summer.

The hotel is close to the railway station, the service is really good.

Basic bed and got what you need. Definitely overprice and hostel style service. Extremely hot during the night and AC isn’t working properly.

Good value for family trip. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel.
