Ulasan Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur, City Square

I didn’t think this is Sheraton or Marriott related. The towel in the room got lots of stain spots. The covers in the swimming pool bench had so many birds poops those didn’t look new on all benches but stayed for ages. The gym or spa manager is just talking on the phone loud not taking care of the machine after people used to wipe their sweat and adjust. There are so many pigeons outside the window keep on making noises. Country of spice should use some spice , herb and smell products the pigeons hate and never come. It is too creepy as the luxury hotel brand to open windows. Whenever I opened windows pigeons flies out super temporary , all come back and porched. I will not take four points Sheraton if that’s the meaning of four points.

Value for money and I’m use too live in this hotel. Location so close to airport and near by so good food places.

Good stay. Clean property with friendly staff. Out stay was pleasant.

This hotel is a horrible one. We had an unfortunate experience with the hotel. Our guests, arriving from Peru to Jaipur and checked into The FourPointsbySheraton. Hired a car from Four Points by Sheraton to take us to Chowki Dhani Jaipur. Shockingly, the designated driver was heavily intoxicated, heavily drunk and because the guest did not know the language and was not sure of his behavior, causing a severe accident on a flyover. Passengers were injured, one with a broken collarbone. And the others internally injured and traumatized. Despite being in a Four Points by Sheraton-branded car, the driver fled the scene, or may be the hotel asked his to leave the accident place leaving us stranded. Regrettably, General Manager Lokesh Upadhyay failed to provide any assistance or even talk about the incident. Never accepted this from a Marriot group hotel. How can the driver be drunk on Duty? How can the hotel management not check the status of the driver? How can Four Point by Sheraton do this? How can the driver run away from the accident spot.?

The property is located on the Tonk Road which is perpetually crowded. The hotel appears to be a bit dated but the service and behaviour of the staff is really nice. I was treated well as a Bonvoy member and our room had a good view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It just appears that the hotel could do with a bit of renovation. The breakfast in the morning was slightly crowded due to there being a corporate event. Otherwise, I had a comfortable stay here.

My stay at hotel Four points Sheraton Jaipur was fantastic! The check-in process was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy, and I loved the modern decor. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed the gym and spa facilities. Overall, a great experience with excellent service. I highly recommend for a pleasant stay.

Right from entrance at the gate to welcome at reception with 'Namaste'. It was a very pleasant welcome by the staff. We stayed 2 nights, room was very specious and food was awesome and the rest was really good. Only complaint after staying 2 nights that room exhaust was not working properly. Nevertheless, an awesome experience with the level of service. Special kudos to all of the staff at reception, very supportive and polite. You guys are really doing a good Job .

The service was very prompt. Neat and tidy rooms. The food was delicious. The hotel is located on city square,tonk Rd. It has a huge parking space. Totally worth the money. Must visit if you are in Jaipur. The Front office team was very helpful with everything.
