The location was the only plus point. The staff i found needs to be more courteous as at the water dispenser is at ground floor and when at night it was finished i told the receptionist to get soem water and to my surprise it was said that the dispenser will be filled in the morning😜😜 Is this a hotel staff behaviour ???

Good Location and Affordable Stay The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the main terminal and metro station. There are also plenty of shops nearby, and buses are easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city and visit tourist attractions. One thing I particularly appreciated was the water dispenser available for guests in the lobby. It was very helpful, especially during the warm weather. The hotel has a good amount of space, although the property is quite old. Some areas and facilities look a little worn and may benefit from repairs or renovation. That said, the hotel is still comfortable enough for a stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience pleasant. One suggestion would be to include more photos showing the actual setup and condition of the hotel on the hotel's website or booking platforms. More detailed photos of the rooms, common areas, facilities, and overall property would help guests have a clearer idea of what to expect before booking. If you are looking for an affordable hotel in a very convenient location and don't mind staying in an older property, I would recommend this hotel. Overall, it offers good value for the price.

Proximity to the train station. Value for money 5 out of 5. The freezer door in the fridge was broken, so ice melted quickly. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine for 2-3 nights. 24-hour reception, which was great as we arrived late at night. The elevator was behind a wall, and we didn't hear it running. The windows faced the courtyard, which was also a definite plus. There are small balconies on the street side on the upper floors.

The hotel is very welcoming and clean. The staff are very kind and professional. The hotel's location, I would say, is excellent.

Good location but for long stay maybe need to tell them to change the bed sheet.

Hotel building is so old. Dirty shower room( black mold all over door and in and out side) Spider crawling on the floor. Refrigerator inside so dirty I couldn’t use it. So I asked change room but it is same things. I never never again that hotel.

It wasn't clean, there was no water at night and the air conditioning didn't work.

The reception staff were friendly, and the hotel was relatively close to the station. However, the moment I opened the door to the room, the smell of perfume or fragrance was overwhelmingly strong; it was impossible to spend the night there. I felt unwell within minutes, and even after turning on the exhaust fan, opening all the windows, and repeatedly opening and closing the door, the air didn't change. I had no choice but to quickly change to another hotel. The hotel was older than it appeared in the photos, and felt more like a private rental than a hotel.
