Bhanwar Singh Palace Jaipur

It was a 1 day solo trip to Jaipur. Though work was in the forefront but finding the perfecf stay is always tedious! Nervous and contemplating between a couple a options, i found this property through Makemytrip. On further research, i reached out to the team. They helped me with the best deal possible and helped me in every possible way. On reaching the spot, i was welcomed with a big smile. Then, as i checked in, i was mesmerized by their hospitality, prompt service, and the clealiness. Everything was top notch...be it the rooms, maintainence of the property, and more. Even so, the staff helped mewith pick and drop when I went for some work to the Manipal University (pick and drop is only for MUJ. Rest they can help you with cab service numbers). Further, when i had to stay back a few hours to match my departing time with my flight, they helped me to extend that at very minimal pricing. The food was yum and freshly made, though that did not affect their delivery time at all! Served in well cleaned crockery in both your rooms or at the restaurant, the food comes in a variety of options with a touch of finesse and taste. Be it Chinese, Moghlai or your favourite Biriyani, you name it and you have it prepared. Now, this picturesque location is your perfect escape for a getaway. The blue skies, the royal haveli vibe and the interior decors speaks of its elegance, grandeur and more. A special thanks to the staff (Poonam and team at the reception), the room service team, Mr. Ratneshwar Pathak (Restaurant Manager), the "Moochwale" uncle at the gate, the guard didi, and the list is endless. Worth it! ❤️

Terrible, Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore. Quite simply, the management here cannot be trusted to do the right thing for you as a guest, based on my experience. So I had booked two rooms for my family, including my parents, in advance, and paid 100% advance as well, almost a week before the journey. On journey date, I get a call at 10:30 am saying they don't have rooms available, due to a wedding ostensibly. As if that supercedes all bookings done previously. And without any offer to find an alternative, apology or compensation, I was told to look forward to my refund. Not only did this ruin my day, but a day later, I realised that even the refund had not been processed. Thus started a long series of follow ups for the same , before a grudging transfer on day 5. Absolutely unprofessional, and frankly, bordering on the criminal in the way they have handled this issue so far. I would urge everyone to reconsider any bookings here, where a little extra money from another customer can lead to a cancellation without notice or a second thought.

Excellent property. Service is Excellent. Special thx to anishka for all support. Vikram housekeeping leader also very responsive. Overall good experience. Thx to team. Hope to come with family soon. I think also good property for destination marriage & corporate conferences.

Amazing stay we stayed 02nd of June 2024 we book villa in Bhawar Singh palace jaipur tha villa was very big and species with all amenities we use pool also our villa with pool and garden view food was very testy we had dinner and breakfast there we enjoyed our stay resort like a MAHAL .
