I have been there for dinner with my family.... It was a great and fulfilling experience... All thanks to team of Jai mahal palace for there exuberent welcome... Specially Mr shiv Mathur and F and B team( Mr Santosh and his team)... Food and reataurant ambience was excellent... worth going there and again re live the experience... First of all, warm cookie was delicious. Hotel is located outside the city and near Amber/Amer Fort. Me & my partner like it as it was calm and quiet. Hotel staff is very polite and well behaved. Mobile network here is not that great so had to depend on hotels WIFI(speed is just good enough to get your work done). For food our overall experience was great but for morning breakfast buffet, need to add more ***power in live kitchen.

Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't ***y activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

This is a lovely hotel, with a very pretty veran***, front lawn and fresco paintings. It's laid back and has nice, good value food, including both Indian and European choices. There's a shop on site for souvenirs and ayurveda massage. The city centre and the train station aren't far, but the location is quite quiet given this.
