Just 15 mins away from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, kindly greeted by the reception Mr. Raja, previously i called the hotel and he was the one who answer the phone & explain to me regarding the hotel, he also helped me to do the check-in process. room was clean & somewhat spacious. Bathroom had an issue with the glass door while i take a bath the water spills out from the glass door, maybe a simple sealant would help. Amenities served me well but the mineral water not served bottled, instead served at the guest room corridor, i would love to get the bottled one.

If you have much money just book 1 cabin double bed for alone. This place fit for young people because the room is sooo very small. Big luggage its not enough, you have to open it outside. Overall if you just want to stay for hours before your flight its worth it. The cabin is clean but you cannot eat inside. The AC is central and already in good measurement. One thing is download application before you check in so you dont have to waste your time because you need that to open your room.

This is our second time staying here. Without any doubt we made this hotel our choice to stay for the second time.
The hotel itself is great. Clean and fresh. Surrounding is quiet and safe. Just less than 15minutes away from the airport. Plus I he hotel provides free shuttles to the airport.
Rooms are clean, simple and functional. We had a good rest for the night before heading to the airport early in the morning for our next flight.
Food at the hotel bar is sufficient enough for a simple meal but delicious enough to satisfy the taste buds.
Staffs are well trained and professional. Ease our worries about getting about and airport.

This is a very beautiful place ! All the staff is really kind and polite, always smiling on face and makes you feel warm ! The hotel breakfast had lot of choices , they will keep cleaning your table and ask you regarding the foods. This place near KIP/KIP2 so I just spent time at the new township for my 2 days 1 night trip.

VVareta GianiSaya tinggal di suite satu bilik tidur. Bilik ini adalah 10 yang sempurna untuk saya. Ia mempunyai 2 televisyen, tab mandi, pantri, microwave, seterika dan papan seterika, peti deposit keselamatan, peti sejuk kecil. Bilik ini sangat unik kerana katil terletak di tengah-tengah bilik yang menghadap tingkap tirai dengan pemandangan bandar. Walau bagaimanapun, saya tidak mencuba sarapan pagi dan kolam renang. Menurut penyambut tetamu, Hotel ini juga menggunakan 50% penghunian maks dan polisi pertukaran bilik semasa wabak oleh itu kami tinggal di bilik yang kosong pada hari sebelumnya.

PPengguna TetamuService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours.
Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs.
The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement.
I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed.
Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish.
A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am.
I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program).
Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality.
But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

Terdapat banyak kedai serbaneka seperti Famima, Lawson dan kedai serbaneka tempatan, jadi membeli-belah adalah mudah, tetapi semuanya dibuka sehingga jam 22:00. Selain itu, dilarang memasuki kedai 5 minit sebelum itu.

Sarapan pagi adalah untuk bahasa Indonesia. Roti, *makanan yang dibakar, sosej, dan lain-lain baik, tetapi ia sangat sesak pada hujung minggu yang walaupun saya pergi pada pukul 7:10, ia adalah 80% kosong. Apabila saya mengisinya, ia bergegas sekaligus, jadi rasanya ia akan habis tidak lama lagi.

Suite di tingkat tinggi 3508? sangat bagus-luas dan bersih -dapur serba lengkap -tempat tidur dsb. sangat baik-tuala lama dan usang -pemandangan hebat -stesen tv hebat -cuba membuka balkoni tetapi rakan Indonesia saya diberitahu deposit 250000 -tidak pasti apa yang berlaku tetapi balkoni tidak pernah dibuka-mengakibatkan apabila saya menggunakan ketuhar penggera kebakaran berbunyi dan keselamatan terpaksa datang bagaimanapun. Sarapan pagi pelbagai jenis tetapi berkualiti sangat - croissant adalah basi kedua-dua hari Saya bersarapan dan beberapa makanan lain agak cerdik (telur dadar dimasak terlebih dahulu dan bukannya untuk dipesan) tetapi restoran dipesan dengan baik mudah untuk mendapatkan meja dan lain-lain. Keseluruhan tempat yang bagus - pusat membeli-belah di seberang jalan Plaza Semangi kelihatan ditutup tetapi terdapat pasar raya di tingkat bawah tanah yang agak bagus - Pusat membeli-belah Pacific Place kira-kira 15 minit berjalan kaki melintasi jejantas di jalan utama-tetapi teksi mudah dicari dan dua kedai serbaneka kecil di kompleks Hotel. Adakah saya akan tinggal lagi -jika diri saya ya -tetapi rakan-rakan Indonesia saya tidak terkesan dengan ditahan di pintu restoran seperti penjenayah-walaupun isu telah diselesaikan meninggalkan rasa tidak enak di mulut mereka. Kami biasanya tinggal di pusat bandar NYE dan ini adalah larian atrium-kami akan mencari di tempat lain.
