All the food, including breakfast, is excellent, and the staff's service is very satisfying. The swimming pool was fun and made good memories. I stayed with my family for my birthday. I didn't get the birthday service I requested.ㅜㅜ However, the request for a quiet room was accepted, and there was no noise inconvenience caused by the guest, but I was unable to sleep throughout the stay due to the sound of prayer. If you want to feel the local area of Indonesia, not the city center, choose here.

Saya tinggal di suite satu bilik tidur. Bilik ini adalah 10 yang sempurna untuk saya. Ia mempunyai 2 televisyen, tab mandi, pantri, microwave, seterika dan papan seterika, peti deposit keselamatan, peti sejuk kecil. Bilik ini sangat unik kerana katil terletak di tengah-tengah bilik yang menghadap tingkap tirai dengan pemandangan bandar. Walau bagaimanapun, saya tidak mencuba sarapan pagi dan kolam renang. Menurut penyambut tetamu, Hotel ini juga menggunakan 50% penghunian maks dan polisi pertukaran bilik semasa wabak oleh itu kami tinggal di bilik yang kosong pada hari sebelumnya.

Weer hier twee maal geweest in November en Januari. En weer getroffen door de wat ouderwetse maar heel klantvriendelijke sfeer. Geweldig personeel, fijn ontbijt en heel goede keuken! De kamers zijn prettig maar een beetje gedateerd. Vooral badkamers, de waterkokers en de elektriciteitsvoorziening (bekabeling) Maar de service is geweldig. Net als de gratis wii, het fijne terras (je kunt buiten ontbijten). We houden van dit hotel en komen er al jaren. De lokatie in Menteng is geweldig. Cikini station op 5 minuten lopen! Neem daar de commuter trein en je bent heel snel op tal van plekken voor heel weinig geld. Hartelijk dank aan de staff voor de goede service en vriendelijke ontvangst!

Saya menginap semalam bersama keluarga. Fasilitas hotel lengkap, kekurangannya hanya tempat sampah di unit kecil, sementara saya membawa anak dan cucu saya yang banyak nyemil. akibatnya sampah bekas makanan menumpuk tidak cukup di tempat sampah dapur. Selain itu kamar mandi sepertinya membutuhkan peremajaan, karena toilet dan bathtub sudah dalam kondisi usang. Tapi fasilitas lainnya baik.

We booked for a short stay for a night, came with my family. After looked for an accomodation near the location, we decided to stay at Citadines rasuna. Book through website, got a nice discount price, check in process was smooth, front desk quite helpfull and when we enter the room it was huge and spacious room, kids are love it, we took a swim at the pool. we'd like to stay again some other time.

First time stay in this hotel. Looks empty, but the receptionist was helpful and informative. Love the room! It was quite big and clean for a room that cost only IDR 200k! The toilet was also big, typical classics type hotel but really a good price and good place for me. Sadly there’s no amenities and toiletries provide. Definitely would staying there again! Thank you!

1. It was located in the middle of the citizen’s residential area, near Jl. HR. Rasuna Said as the main road. But it was surrounded by office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and also accessible by public transportation (TransJakarta & LRT). It was actually quite far from the main road, so you need to take a walk or hitchhike a ride to get there. 2. The room wasn’t quite big but spacious enough. I booked a Deluxe Room, but I got a free upgrade to the Executive Room which of course is bigger. Actually both types of the rooms are quite similar, the only difference is that the Executive Room has a single sofa at the corner of the room. There was a wall-size window that could be opened, which had a very tiny space without any view but a wall, perhaps it was made for smokers to smoke. Surprisingly, the room has a microwave to reheat your food. Unfortunately, the room was a bit unclean. I could feel the dust on the blanket and the linen. The Air Conditioner was not as cold as it was expected. 3. The bathroom was on the right side of the door, and it was really small. The hose-spray attached to the toilet flew a high power of water. The shower tube was so small, and it was quite hard for me to move my body, especially when I needed to reach some difficult parts of my body to be cleaned. The hosed-shower was adjustable, but the wall and a glass door which separate the shower tube and the toilet & washbasin were only built three quarters, which made the toilet and washbasin got some splashes. Fortunately, The water heater was working as well. 4. The breakfast was delivered to my room. Actually there was a restaurant at the top of the building but I wasn’t sure whether it also served breakfast for the hotel’s guests or it was only open for the public at night. I went to that rooftop restaurant to breathe some fresh air and taste some food. Well, the food was delicious but for the price it was a bit too expensive. 5. All the staff were nice, polite, warm and very helpful. But I wasn’t sure whether I would have another night there again.

I stayed on 16 February 2023, the first thing I liked was the fast checkin process and the staff was very friendly. The thing that I regret is after I checked-in and wanted to order some room service and it took so much time (very difficult to contact room service). After 15 minutes try to reached the room service and finally assisted by reception. After ordering, the food took so long to come to the room (more than 1 hour) and I had to go down to reception to make sure whether the food will be delivered or not. unfortunately when I approached the girl reception, she said the food would be delivered and I immediately went back to the room. Even when in the room there was no apology or anything. I'd better order via Gojek or Grab huh. Apart from that, at that time in room 717 one of the lights in the bedroom were also off and the soap in the bathroom was leaking, so you have to be careful if you want to go to the bathroom. Last but not least, there's no one of you who used a name tag, so I cant recognize each of you. Not highly recommended.
