You may find this humble hotel serves a very nice hospitality. This hotel location is easy to reach. The receptionist promptly assists us on check in and out. The room is renovated, comfort, clean and spacious. Special touch in the room while you check in; the praying corner, the barcode for ordering room service, the welcoming arrangement (art towel, fruit, special printed welcoming note with guest picture). Love the view from the room. Food and beverages served in restaurant. The taste is so authentic homey Minang food and Chinese food – all tasty. You may find the various dishes. All Halal food and beverages. Love the bubur sumsum (rice flour porridge served with palm sugar), lontong sayur (rice cake with curry veggie soup). You will get lucky, when this hotel holds a special event, such as inviting the Indonesia Master Chef who live cooks in front of the guest. This hotel also has the masjid for pray, and 2 halls for meeting or special event.

The night receptions was not very helpful, when we checked in, our key card had a problem getting into the lift so we couldn't go up. Then he used his master card to access the upper floors. We asked him how we would get into the room if our key card didn't work? He said, it's just a problem with the lift key card not the room, even though it's on the lift access but we need the access renewed. When we arrived at the door, the card could not open the door. We had go to lobby again to get a new room key card. There was no apology from the reception staff at that time.

I stayed on 16 February 2023, the first thing I liked was the fast checkin process and the staff was very friendly. The thing that I regret is after I checked-in and wanted to order some room service and it took so much time (very difficult to contact room service). After 15 minutes try to reached the room service and finally assisted by reception. After ordering, the food took so long to come to the room (more than 1 hour) and I had to go down to reception to make sure whether the food will be delivered or not. unfortunately when I approached the girl reception, she said the food would be delivered and I immediately went back to the room. Even when in the room there was no apology or anything. I'd better order via Gojek or Grab huh. Apart from that, at that time in room 717 one of the lights in the bedroom were also off and the soap in the bathroom was leaking, so you have to be careful if you want to go to the bathroom. Last but not least, there's no one of you who used a name tag, so I cant recognize each of you. Not highly recommended.

VVareta GianiSaya tinggal di suite satu bilik tidur. Bilik ini adalah 10 yang sempurna untuk saya. Ia mempunyai 2 televisyen, tab mandi, pantri, microwave, seterika dan papan seterika, peti deposit keselamatan, peti sejuk kecil. Bilik ini sangat unik kerana katil terletak di tengah-tengah bilik yang menghadap tingkap tirai dengan pemandangan bandar. Walau bagaimanapun, saya tidak mencuba sarapan pagi dan kolam renang. Menurut penyambut tetamu, Hotel ini juga menggunakan 50% penghunian maks dan polisi pertukaran bilik semasa wabak oleh itu kami tinggal di bilik yang kosong pada hari sebelumnya.

Sarapan pagi adalah untuk bahasa Indonesia. Roti, *makanan yang dibakar, sosej, dan lain-lain baik, tetapi ia sangat sesak pada hujung minggu yang walaupun saya pergi pada pukul 7:10, ia adalah 80% kosong. Apabila saya mengisinya, ia bergegas sekaligus, jadi rasanya ia akan habis tidak lama lagi.

PPengguna TetamuService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The lobby exuded an elegant ambiance with its modern decor and tasteful furnishings. The hotel's attention to detail was evident from the moment I stepped foot inside.
The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite the bustling city outside. PPengguna TetamuStayed in their most basic room with one king bed. The hotel has Japanese theme and feels into it. Checkin was fast, receptionist only let me enter the room after around 1pm / 2pm, while i came at 12pm, they gave me welcome drink voucher which is redeemable for orange juice at their resto / bar on 8th floor. The room is compact, but has everything in it such as small fridge, electric kettle, TV with international channel, very good aircon, slippers and etc. The bed is a bit soft to my preference, but still gave a very good sleep. Linen and blanket was clean. Bathroom is really similar to typical japanese hotel, with fullsize bathtub, heated toilet seat with all bidet buttons you usually find in Japan. amenities are complete. However, often the bathroom has foul smell. Breakfast Buffet was okay for its price, some breads, rice, noodle, stir fry chicken and etc. nothing taste extraordinary, but i do like the Japanese curry. i didnt get the chance to visit the onsen (the only hotel in Jakarta with Onsen perhaps?). overall i love the hotel as it offer good value, however they need to improve their sewage system and some corner need to be cleaned thoroughly.

SSutobrotI booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again
