Been here with friends and colleagues. Located at very near by Taman Mini Indonesia Indah and surrounded by some popular foods tenants and minimarket. Spacious room and furniture has been refurbished but still using the old chair so it doesn’t match. Limited variety of foods at breakfast, the taste and quality also so so. Need some improvement at public areas since this is old hotel and needs maintenance and more attention to details. Another thing was dark parking area at night and very limited security guart at the area . Thank you Santika Taman Mini.. Will comeback to this hotel oneday!

Tetapi cukup bersih, cepat WiFi, saluran TV kabel. Menu sarapan kurang berbeza. Sekiranya harganya normal, lebih baik memesan tanpa sarapan, lebih baik mencari sarapan di luar, terdapat banyak restoran di sekitar hotel. Tetapi saya mendapat harga promo dengan sarapan, ************* saya tidak membayar sarapan pagi. Lebih sesuai untuk hotel transit, untuk penginapan dengan keluarga, kemudahannya tidak lengkap, tidak ada kolam renang dan kemudahan untuk anak-anak. Setakat ini, tidak buruk, bagi mereka yang transit ke lapangan terbang Halim, berkeliling Jakarta, hanya berehat sebentar.

VVareta GianiSaya tinggal di suite satu bilik tidur. Bilik ini adalah 10 yang sempurna untuk saya. Ia mempunyai 2 televisyen, tab mandi, pantri, microwave, seterika dan papan seterika, peti deposit keselamatan, peti sejuk kecil. Bilik ini sangat unik kerana katil terletak di tengah-tengah bilik yang menghadap tingkap tirai dengan pemandangan bandar. Walau bagaimanapun, saya tidak mencuba sarapan pagi dan kolam renang. Menurut penyambut tetamu, Hotel ini juga menggunakan 50% penghunian maks dan polisi pertukaran bilik semasa wabak oleh itu kami tinggal di bilik yang kosong pada hari sebelumnya.

PPengguna TetamuService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours.
Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs.
The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement.
I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed.
Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish.
A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am.
I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program).
Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality.
But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

Sarapan pagi adalah untuk bahasa Indonesia. Roti, *makanan yang dibakar, sosej, dan lain-lain baik, tetapi ia sangat sesak pada hujung minggu yang walaupun saya pergi pada pukul 7:10, ia adalah 80% kosong. Apabila saya mengisinya, ia bergegas sekaligus, jadi rasanya ia akan habis tidak lama lagi.

Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Suite di tingkat tinggi 3508? sangat bagus-luas dan bersih -dapur serba lengkap -tempat tidur dsb. sangat baik-tuala lama dan usang -pemandangan hebat -stesen tv hebat -cuba membuka balkoni tetapi rakan Indonesia saya diberitahu deposit 250000 -tidak pasti apa yang berlaku tetapi balkoni tidak pernah dibuka-mengakibatkan apabila saya menggunakan ketuhar penggera kebakaran berbunyi dan keselamatan terpaksa datang bagaimanapun. Sarapan pagi pelbagai jenis tetapi berkualiti sangat - croissant adalah basi kedua-dua hari Saya bersarapan dan beberapa makanan lain agak cerdik (telur dadar dimasak terlebih dahulu dan bukannya untuk dipesan) tetapi restoran dipesan dengan baik mudah untuk mendapatkan meja dan lain-lain. Ada masalah hari lepas di mana saya sebagai pemegang kunci utama terpaksa turun untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan dua sarapan tambahan (tidak bercadang untuk bersarapan dan rakan-rakan Indonesia saya terpaksa menunggu di depan pintu)-tidak pasti mengapa apabila penerimaan tetamu mempunyai deposit -tetapi telah diselesaikan. Yang mengatakan semua kakitangan yang kami temui adalah hebat - malah penyambut tetamu semasa daftar masuk dan semua orang benar-benar . Keseluruhan tempat yang bagus - pusat membeli-belah di seberang jalan Plaza Semangi kelihatan ditutup tetapi terdapat pasar raya di tingkat bawah tanah yang agak bagus - Pusat membeli-belah Pacific Place kira-kira 15 minit berjalan kaki melintasi jejantas di jalan utama-tetapi teksi mudah dicari dan dua kedai serbaneka kecil di kompleks Hotel. Adakah saya akan tinggal lagi -jika diri saya ya -tetapi rakan-rakan Indonesia saya tidak terkesan dengan ditahan di pintu restoran seperti penjenayah-walaupun isu telah diselesaikan meninggalkan rasa tidak enak di mulut mereka. Kami biasanya tinggal di pusat bandar NYE dan ini adalah larian atrium-kami akan mencari di tempat lain.
