Hotel berhampiran Statue d’Anne de Kyiv, Jakarta

I've spent 10 days quarantine from end of Dec. '21 to early Jan. '22 in this hotel. Staff's hospitality is excellent, from the day you booked, to the arrival & picking up process in the airport, to the staying period as well as the release, they are always there to help. Bravo to Mr. Ricky that able to finally provide me the room with best view to the city. Also great job for Mr. Iqbal who picking me up at the airport, despite that my local phone number was not working (unexpectedly) during my arrival. The food are great with various menus daily. Room will be cleaned if you need it. You just need to call. If only they can manage the laundry system better, than everything would be perfect. Since the laundry done outside the hotel & by weighing system, they just pack the clothes in a plastic no matter the type. My shirt is tangled once returned and even when I requested to re-ironing again (which they did), it still returned in untidy condition since it packed with other clothes inside a tight plastic. Other thing is the toilet's exhaust is not working. However, for a 2 stars hotel, you received more than you can asked & paid for. Highly recommended, not only for a quarantine.

Lovely stay here. It's clean. Bathroom couls be improved a little but overall the stay was quite nice.

Decent hotel for only $25 USD per night. Room was clean, nice staff. Hotel hallways were kinda weird and can hear echoes from people all the way around the corner. If you’re coming here for the spa or club don’t bother, they’re permanently closed.

地理位置:酒店離任何地方都不算近,不過附近有一個大型購物中心,打車的話,只需5分鐘。 設施:酒店到處都貼着健康水療和美髮沙龍的宣傳海報。酒店3層有一個游泳池,與客房窗戶之間的距離不到1米。酒店可以上網,但要買一張上網充值卡,一小時是35000印尼盧比(24元),3小時是70000印尼盾(47元)。只有大堂能上無線網,房間里不能上。酒店一層有旅行代辦員。酒店的洗衣服務還可以,35000印尼盧比(24元)可以洗你當天穿過用過的所有衣物:褲子,內衣,襯衫,襪子,手帕。前台旁邊有一個牌子,上面寫酒吧位於地下層。除了上網外,我們沒去過酒店的任何休閑場所。我們本想用一下健身房,但酒店沒有。我們住的是酒店新區,整幢樓只有一部電梯。 大堂和前台:大堂很小,座位也很少。除咖啡廳外,沒有地方可供客人坐下聊天。前台也很很小,只有2,3位服務員,所以派對的人很多,看起來非常擠。 餐飲:酒店的所有客人都可以免費在這兒享受早餐(餐費是含在房費里的)。如果你另外再加2個人的話,要再額外加付50000印尼盧比(34元)。按印尼酒店的標準看,這兒的早餐很一般。除了油膩一些外,其他都還可以。午餐和晚餐時間這兒都冷清,除了有幾個人在開會外,幾乎沒有什麼客人。晚上那兒有一個很不錯的吉他手,曲子彈的很不錯。 客房服務的菜單看起來很不錯,所以我晚餐時叫了客房服務。點晚餐后,他們打過好幾次電話,每次都說沒有我要點的菜。他們沒有:Angsio Tahu,Cah Baby Kailan,Sate Ayam,Nasi Timbel,Nasi Campur Bali,Nasi Goreng Anggrek和Ayam Kalasan。真不知道他們還有什麼。最後我只要了Nasi Goreng Kampung,Brocoli Cah Jamur和冰檸檬茶。味道很不錯,但沒什麼可贊的。量很少,總共是70000印尼盧比(47元)。還有10%的政府稅(這個菜單上已經寫明了)。除此之外還要加收10%的費用,不清楚到底是什麼費用。所以還要再交餐費的20%。太沒道理了。 我真夠笨的,第二天竟然又點了客房服務。一個蟹肉三明治竟然我等了1個多小時。吐司和炸薯條拿到房間時全都冷了。 房間:酒店新區的房間里的傢具全都是新的。床很舒服,上面鋪着乾淨柔軟的棉質床單。房間,浴室,衛生間都很乾凈。我想這是最重要的。房間里還有客廳和一個小廚房。但裏面的櫥櫃都是空的,冰箱也是空的。 低層的房間可能有點吵,特別是臨街的房間。早晨6點被一群在泳池邊做有氧健身操的人吵醒了,離我的房間不到10米。他們7點做完後房間外面的吸塵器又轟轟的響個不停,根本沒辦法再睡了。 你從網站上看到的照片都很真實,除了我的房間。房間的客廳沒有窗戶,沒有花,也沒有植物。地上鋪着地毯。兩台空調竟然都沒有遙控器。客廳里的電視也沒有遙控器,卧室的電視是通過床頭柜上的按鈕來遙控的。換頻道時簡直都要把手腕扭斷了,隨便更換一下都會這樣。 你每天可以免費享受2瓶礦泉水。如果再多一個人的話就不夠了,特別是如果你不止在房間休息的話。酒店的東西很貴,一瓶380毫升的礦泉水就要18000印尼盧比(12元),但這兒的自來水很不衛生。如果你不熟悉印尼酒店的話,可能不知道。要打開一瓶水,你還得自己到處到開瓶器,真的很麻煩。 總結:如果你開車來的話,住這家酒店可能很值。我給它2.5星,但他們可能認為自己已達到3星或更高的標準了。硬件雖然很好,但軟件還欠缺一些。

國內3星左右水準，但是服務還不錯，不過小費國家這種水平還算是正常。酒店外圍環境處在印尼老城區，算是比較一般。

My title say it all: this my worst experience regarding staying in a hotel. I even had to moved to another hotel after just one night, although I have booked for 2 nights. From location point of view, this hotel has a great location due to its closeness to malls and attractions. The exterior of this hotel is pretty convincing too with office-like exterior. I arrive at this hotel and park my car at the basement, which is dark and shady. The basement also have limited space. Then security greet me, just to collect parking fee, and I need to pay it full according to my 2 nights plan (geez!). The fee is 5k IDR/night, so I ended pay 10k. Going to the lobby, I can feel the old and gloomy vibes of this hotel, and also it is not really a nice and neat hotel. Sofas at the lobby, but also you can they pile up some supplies at the corner of the lobby. Lobby also not very well air conditioned. Check in was so-so, but deposit of 250k IDR is ridiculous for a small hotel like this. During this Covid-19 situation, health protocol is not implemented correctly. Guest entering the hotel without temperature check and hand sanitizer only available at receptionist. Hotel put some sign that guests have to use mask in hotel area, but ridiculously none of the hotel staff use masks! Therefore I think that the sanitation of the hotel due to Covid-19 will also not be performed well to the rooms and other public area. After check in I proceed to my room at 6th floor, just to find my room card didn't work I go back to reception, and this staff girl casually only took their master card and open my room without actually fix my room card. At later time, I complained it again, and they took their machine to update my room's door sensor. The room was good at first sight, but after I check it some problems found. The electric saver (the one you put your card to turn on the light) didn't work, when I took the card, the electricity is still on. No security latch at the door. The door bell doesn't work. Cleanliness is borderline poor, stains observed in the linen. No complimentary mineral water, tea, nor coffee, although they provide a electric kettle. Don't even think for slippers, it just not exist in the room. Not so long, I started to see some little insects crawling in the room. It just the worst thing to see in a hotel. The room also give cheap impression because of some room amenities choice such as cheap plastic clothes hanger and cheap plastic tissue box They only give limited amenities in the bathroom as per OYO standard. Stains can be seen in the toilet, and in the floor. The hotel provide rainfall shower which filthy and doesn't give a good powerful rainfall. The staff in the hotel doesn't engaging at all: lousy uniforms, no greetings, lack of manner, they talk loudly in the lobby in front of guests, they put their chips and cookies in the reception counter. They just really need to improve themselves. I honestly can't believe how this hotel can be rated as 3-star

Really good hotel and i really love it and the staff sevurity are nice

First time staying at this hotel, pretty good experience except that the lobby lounge has a lot of mosquitoes in the evening. Overall good stay there.

moment menginap yang paling tenang damai tidak terlalu bising. ramai dengan orang sekitar, dekat dari mana mana. pusat perbelanjaan, hunting makanan, stasiun, semuanya dekat. terimakasih 🙏😊
