For the price i paid, the experience was pretty good. If you are travel-ling with friends or solo and want to save some money, this place is the best option.

The rooms are congested, old, shabby and very dirty. You need to climb at-least 50 narrow stairs, no lift. Three story building with no lift. Hospitality is good, but not at all maintained. Lot of mosquitos. Very bad.

2. Ceiling paint coming off the walls
3. Located very inside
4. No means to commute
5. Pungent smell

7. Not in friendly neighborhood
8. Gave 2 water bottle with tap water filled in it
9. No restaurant nearby to eat
10. Would have reject my booking had i not paid in advance.
