Front desk and Grill restaurant staff friendly and acknowledgeable.

Stay elsewhere! The pillows are hard and lumpy, beds hard and uncomfortable, they do not have fitted sheets for the pullout sofa bed, they don’t have proper duvet covers for the duvet on the bed and use flat sheets instead which become all tangled and twisted while you sleep. We stayed in the room with an upper loft and the main floor gets very cold during the middle of the night, despite increasing the temperature and closing the vent for the fireplace. You only get one small log for the fireplace which doesn’t burn very long. The floors leading to the pools were absolutely filthy and pool was freezing cold. The one small hot tub was packed with people elbow to elbow.

The pool on site and a dining restaurant made this very convenient in the cold weather. Staff was friendly. Easy parking and access to major roads and facilities.Kitchenette suite was great.

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and staff were responsive and attentive

My husband and i came here for our anniversary and our suite was beautiful,clean,the staff were very friendly and helpful.will definitely be back

The pool had an ungodly amount of chlorine; we took one dip and had to immediately get out. I could still smell it a few days after.

We've stayed in these units a few times...they are older and even though they have been upgraded at least once in the past few years, they already are looking rough around the edges and could be cleaner and smell better. The one thing that sells this place to a lot of families is the pool, but realistically, could probably stay in a nicer place and use the Rec Center.

Wonderful stay in the suite. Hide-a-bed wasn't the most comfortable but the rest of the suite made up for it. Enjoyed the in suite fireplace and swmming pool was great

This hotel’s room didn’t have any heating, me and my kids were shivering whole night in cold. After requesting for solutions hotel staff was unable to give any solution, can I get my money back from this hotel?
