Convenient location and parking but the room is small. There is no microwave or drinking water provided. No elevators. Will have to bring luggage up a staircase if your room is on the second floor.

Everything was excellent, especially we enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Only thing we are disappointed is there was no microwave to warm food. If not, it was perfect to my family trip.

Far above our expectations! Amenities and cleanliness gave our stay the feeling of home.

Our stay was for one night only and we chose the accommodation based mostly on price and that it had a pool & hot tub. As are most accommodations in Jasper, the buildings are dated and require serious upgrading. Having said that, our room was clean and comfortable. There was some kind of mechanical noise which was annoying, but did not keep me awake and, of course, the occasional train idling it’s way through town could be heard from just across the road. The pool and hot tub were great and were being enjoyed by a number of guests. Guest services was prompt, friendly and courteous. They provided us with the names of nearby dining venues and answered any questions we had. Overall, for our purposes, it was a good accommodation choice.

There is a separate hot tub away from the pool/hot tub inside. It was nice to have that option to just relax in peace and quiet after a day of driving. Friendly staff, decent room.

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and nice room. Kind of noisy but the hotel was busy. Pool, sauna, and hot tub were a nice bonus. Overall, would stay here again!

On the roadside so easy to find. Has a hot tub and pool to relax. Some restaurant or eatery in the facility would have been better. So need to go out for dining. Quiet and cozy, 4 Stars.

Love the pool, hot tub and Sauna. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean, staff were very helpful. Looked up highway conditions as we were travelling on to Calgary. Only drawback was the pillows.

The property was quite rundown with stains in the carpet and a doorknob that was almost falling off the door. However the staff were very friendly and there was a restaurant conveniently located next door.
