The air conditioning vents were moldy, the room walls were dirty, the showerhead was a bit broken, and the service attitude wasn't very good either.

Is very good hotel. Location is good and staff is very polite and helpful. Highly recommend . I will return again when I go Shanghai.

Everything was perfect except that the pool water was a little cold. It was clean, quiet, and kind. It was my first visit to China, but it was such a good memory.

Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Central offers a pleasant stay with spacious, comfortable rooms and generally good service. Its convenient location near the subway makes travelling around the city easy. While the breakfast spread is limited in variety, the food is tasty and satisfying. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for both business and leisure travellers.

Good hotel, The room is wide and clear. breakfasts have a lot of menus but not different. Far from metro 300-400 m. But can walk. It’s a good hotel in my mind.

Great and convenient location, wonderful service, close to amenities

My recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The check in was smooth, staff went above and beyond to make sure everything is in order. Their friendliness and professionalism immediately made me feel welcome. The room is bright, clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, only a few min walk to public transport and easy to find foods. There are shopping mall nearby. I am looking forward to staying here again

The room was clean as standard. The reception and all staffs very helpful. The location is perfect. You can walk to take a coffee or go to the grocery.

The breakfast desserts weren't good, but the location is convenient with lots of dining options nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station and commercial area nearby, and it's also very close to Shanghai Railway Station. The hygiene is good, the service is attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, including both Chinese and Western options. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I always stay at this hotel, and it's excellent. The cleanliness is outstanding; even the room's scent is one I particularly enjoy. Breakfast is also fantastic, suitable for all ages.

I love their services. Staff are friendly (both front desk and housekeeping). The hotel is clean and nearby to eatery (Chinese noodle stall/McDonald's/Western restaurant etc), convenient store (24hrs Lawson) and Luckin Coffee. Even if we reach the hotel super late like midnight we can still get food either via Lawson or takeaway (not available to deliver to the room but there is a placement counter outside the hotel which I sometimes ordered via alipay app when on the road back to the hotel so I can collect when I reach the hotel). Very easily get Didi from the hotel as the hotel is near to Shanghai railway station (Didi driver told me this area has a lot of Didi available due to the railway station).
