Kakitangan yang mesra. Hotel bersih yang berdekatan dengan stesen metro dan di seberang pusat beli-belah. Sarapan ala barat boleh ditambah sedikit dengan harga hotel. Jika tidak, penginapan yang indah.

Kali pertama saya menginap di hotel yang miskin, pertama sekali, pancuran mandian tidak baik, tidak ada tekanan, aliran air sangat kecil, dan mustahil untuk mandi sama sekali. Kedua, bar mini kekurangan sesuatu, dan kopi yang paling asas hanya sebungkus, dan rasanya ia telah diaglomerasi selepas bertahun-tahun tidak menggunakannya. Ketiga, bekalan bilik sudah usang, kerusi lusuh dan usang.

Menginap untuk kali ketiga tahun ini, kepuasan keseluruhan! Hotel ini bersih dan bersih. Terdapat pelbagai jenis sarapan pagi dan kemudahan yang lengkap. Bilik ini juga menyediakan kain lap pembasmian kuman, yang sangat bertimbang rasa. Sabun juga dihantar oleh robot, yang sangat menarik.

Booked by accident - Ctrip wouldn’t refund . So I had to go . Great staff . Great amenities. Fitness and pool facilities were nice . Breakfast was good. . Staff again was friendly . Tv wasn’t large but it’s all good . 7 min walk to 上海站 （Shanghai Railway) .

The accommodation was outstanding! The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the local area. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

We picked this hotel partly due to the Marriott brand.
Whilst experience we had in Shanghai was generally unfriendly, the staff are wonderfully kind and service was heartwarming - feels like home.
We were in many instances which we require the hotel's support and they were able to sufficiently support.
Nothing bad about this hotel at all. Note that Didi to Yu Gardens / Nanjing Walking Street is about 15 minutes. The tranquility of the hotel area makes up for it.
Worth considering for families.

A much better experience than the bad experience atour x jingan. Courtyard Marriott was clean, accessible and has great staff. The level of professionalism can be enhanced as one don't ask guests the room number in front of lift lobby among all other guests.
Cleanliness is great but there are small lapses.

I like the room style with the very nice showers, comfortable beds an upper class feel.
For me very good situated as one of my go to bars Cafe Zeitgeist is just one 2 min bicycle ride away, rental bikes just near the hotel. Trainstation also not far.

Standard international hotel service, room spacious and clean. Location is good, 5 min walk to Metro Line 1， 12，13 Hanzhong Road station 汉中路站。

I spent my birthday in Shanghai and stayed here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and even got a little birthday brownie delivered to my room. It was very cute.

Wow, I have nothing but praise for my wonderful stay at courtyard by marriot! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the accommodations were top-notch.
From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.
Breakfast is impeccable and staff are very helpful 👌
The location was ideal, and I loved exploring Shanghai and everything is so nearby. I can't recommend this hotel enough - it's truly a hidden gem. Thank you for a fantastic stay! 😁🤩

The only plus point is its close to train station since we are taking train ride to elsewhere, otherwise nothing much around the vicinity. The room size is decent, however the table was too big for the room, not mobile so somehow reduced and blocked the moving space.
The light was too dim for the room especially the shower area. The shower system was not good as the tap has to be turned clockwise for the hot water and yet also up the water flow which then became too strong. We will have to be hit with cold water at all times at start of the shower which is not pleasant for cold weather.
As such, we decided to shorten the stay from planned 6 nights to 3 nights.
