On arrival, it took a long time till the room was ready, when we enter the room the floor was slippery (as they just finish cleaning with out drying the floor) & my wife unfortunately slipped on her back & suffered from low back pain. In addition the room size & facility was for a regular room not a junior suite as the size was not matching the measurement described by the website; (Actual size: 43,2 m including the bathroom) although in website it was 50m, I ended up paying full price of suite for 2 days while in reality it was just a regular room. Moreover on the website the capacity was 3 people while in reality it was queen bed .. (1) During our 2 days stay we face a lot of difficulties with the staff, the A/C was not working properly we contacted the staff but no solution, they only give promises to fix. I had to call several time if I want my room to be cleaned & there is always excuses which I have never face in any other 5 star hotel that I used to stay in some of these excuses are ( the staff on break, the staff are busy). I had a bad experience at this hotel & I wished if I had the chance to check out immediately, but unfortunately the occasion that I came to attend was in this hotel. I’m sending this complain hoping that my feed back will be taken in consideration & work on these points, in addition I’m looking for refund for the money that I paid for a suite with an official apology from the hotel. I am confident that you stand for your customers as hotels posted on the website should be help to a high standard

had an excellent experience, From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities I needed. Overall my stay perfect The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience overall. Special thanks to Joel who was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was super comfortable and hassle free. Very impressive service. The fact that the hotel has a mall entrance within its premises is an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again IA.

I like the place. Completely renewed with new furniture and design. I like the restaurant food quality, variety and view. Also super hospitality. It is connected to the best mall in jeddah, tgat is the red sea mall. Also very close to the sea with nice sea view.

I had a wonderful stay at Joudyan. John, who cleaned my room, did an exceptional job. The room was spotless, and his thoughtful note added a personal touch that made me feel very welcomed. Great service and attention to detail—highly recommend!

The all staff was so cordial and helpful, specially Mr. Jewel. The facility and room were excellent, the food was good. Enjoyed my stay that i can tell u. If i come again to Jeddah, i will try to stay again in the same hotel and they gave me feelings of my own home.

The service of the hotel needs to be improved I had booked a sea view suite and sea view room and told them many time before arrival them I need connected and they confirmed since we are a family when I arrived they told me the hotel is fully and they told me the system reserved a city room and they cant give me any connected rooms. The reception service is nothing close to a 5 star hotel, I really regret booking in this hotel

Great staff The concierge was very helpful his name was joul. The manager and all the top management were very welcoming. The housekeeping were excellent. We really enjoyed our time, and it was kid friendly hotel. My kids loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly to them. Marwan Akeel

Excellent hotel to stay during holiday or work. Very nice location , rooms are very good big and clean the bed also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom very clean also with the shower.many tv channels available. Mall and shopping area just few steps from the loopy.hotel staff are so friendly
