I stayed for 4 days in this hotel as part of quarantine package in the month of feb 22. Amazing room with all digital controlled circuits be it curtains, room lighting, cooling system. Beautiful decorated spacious rooms. Food was better than expected. Being vegetarian, I know my options were going to be very limited but chef really helped me by making veg pastas and falafel sandwich etc. I would like to stay here again, for sure not under quarantine package, to explore more on the available facilities. Here I would like to give special thanks to the reception team (sorry I forgot the name of the lady and the guy on the reception ) who were always ready to helped me and assist at each and every steps during quarantine. A will surely stay again in this hotel.

لقد أقمت في جناح (612) وكنت أتمنى وجود ثلاجة اضافية في المطبخ وكذلك اطباق واكواب وسكاكين وملاعق لاستخدامها في الأكل والشرب .. ولكن بالمجمل كانت الاقامة مريحة وموظفي الاستقبال في قمة الذوق والاحترام .. تمنياتي لكم بالتوفيق .

I stayed for 4 consecutive weeks. It is my second visit to the hotel. It is a hotel with apartment rooms in fact. I stayed also three years and a half ago for 2 weeks. It is very comfortable. One feels at ease immediately. The rooms are spacious and are very clean. Breakfast selection is convenient. Extras (laundry, in-house dining) are very reasonably priced.

I am staying at Carawan Hotel Jeddah since 8 days and have a reservation for another 4 nights Yesterday I found couple of small cockroaches in the room and complained about them to the receptionist and he started smiling as if this a a normal thing for him and promised me to change the rooms within no time Nothing happened and I went out and came late Today again I found cockroaches crawling on the bed and went down to the reception immediately and again he promised to change in half an hour Waiting for an hour I went down and was told that the “labours” are on break and will be back after half an hour I asked him to connect me to the manager and he refused to give me his no and upon my insistence he called him and His excellently the manager refused to speak with me and I was told to go back to the room and wait I am also refused refund as this is a prepaid online reservation house keeping is on ”request” and not on daily basis

I stayed at this hotel for more than a week and I found it to be very nice. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the staff are polite and friendly . Due to Covid the restaurant is closed at present and the only meal available is a breakfast delivered to your room. The standard of food is good. Parking is available. I would recommend this hotel

I have stayed in many hotels worldwide and my experience here was simply surprising. Something I did not expect. It really puts certain big names and 5 stars to learn from them. To start with the staff were extremely professional. Easy check in & check out. They spoke perfect English. Extremely clean premises (reception, corridors, lifts, rooms & toilet). Big rooms in terms of space and comfort. Comfy beds. Pillows & bedding materials of very high quality. Basic toiletries are of good quality. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby as well. Definitely the management has put in a lot of effort and have their heart at the right place which is customer satisfaction. Will surely stay again. Keep up the good work team Jasmine Hotel.

It was a really bad experience overall... The room had an old dirty smelly carpet. The room and the bathroom lighting was so bad, it was so dim that you can't see clearly until you open the curtains during daytime (otherwise it's so dim, in the night there is no solution to this issue). The parking area in the hotel is always a big problem👎🏻👎🏻 They have a very busy meeting rooms all week days, which means busy elevators, less parking spots and of course the staff will be busy looking after them. This goes on from early morning until the evening (if you are looking for a calm place then this place is not for you). The streets around the hotel is full of potholes (it's really bad).. The breakfast buffet was below average (nothing tasted good for me personally). Also the omelets were always bad (my nephew can make much better omelets). The restaurant staff had really bad attitude, whenever I asked for help it is either they weren't there or didn't help or gave me an attitude for asking for basic things. (Younis 👎🏻, Mushtag and Pasang). The gym was good enough. There is a rooftop swimming pool with good atmosphere at night. The only really good thing about this hotel was the receptionist Sara. She was really welcoming, friendly and helpful...
