Ulasan Quality Inn & Suites Metropolis I-24

We were looking for a clean and quiet room while traveling and we were pleased with this Quality Inn. Affordable price. We appreciated the free breakfast of waffles, oatmeal and yogurt which was convenient before we continued traveling.

The property and staff were amazing but i did find blood on my sheets and pillow cases they got me new sheets and pillow cases and the main problem was that the blood didnt look stained it looked dried on like the sheets were not changed between guests

The front desk clerk was rude and acted like i was a criminal cause i booked a 34 miles from my house. I had an electrical issue at my house so i went online and booked a room. I got there and a rude manager acted like i was just a terrible person because i didn't read a sentence on the third page that said they don't rent rooms to people who live with in 70 miles of the hotel. IF i was a sharehold of quality inn id be asking rhe ceo why our public relations is so bad that a local person can't even stay at a hotel in rhere own community

We have a spacious room and really kind service. Everything is clean and very well attended. I love everything for the price! Amazing actually, for the price. But I usually spend more and that’s a me problem.

A quick overnight stop while on vacation. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and appropriate for our one night. Price was excellent for our needs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value of this hotel. I have stayed at a hotel in this area many times for just a few dollars more, but decided to give this one a try this time. I found the room to be about the same size, but the bed to be more comfortable. The floor is carpeted, and everything was clean. I couldn't believe breakfast was included (waffles, pancakes, cereal, yoghurt, fruit - no meat though). For the price, to get a hot breakfast is amazing. The service was friendly and the parking lot was well lit. I will definitely be back!

Living within a 70 miles of this hotel you will be kicked out and removed from the hotel without even knowing that this rule existed. Taking mine this is a hotel room not a general for other local and national hotel chains. Regardless of the fact if you need a hotel for insurance purposes, out of state family for a funeral, for any other type of sudden need for hotel room. You'll be denied without any explanation and return of funds is going to be a long process because they're acting like they don't want to give it to me. I highly recommend no one ever stay at this hotel. The rat problem at this hotel is beyond belief in addition to dirty carpets walls and the like are miserable at best

The room was clean and adequate, but the shower had a short amount of hot water. The breakfast options were very limited (cereal, waffles & pancakes; no yogurt, fruit or proteins at all), so if you don’t want carbs, you need to eat breakfast elsewhere. That’s not a big problem, but I picked Quality over adjacent hotels because they said breakfast was included. The entrance/drive to the hotel had several potholes, but that could be the restaurant’s property.

Free Breakfast is nice just wish they had eggs or sausage, but guess you can't have everything

Good value for the price. Some areas could you a better deep cleaning but overall good.

I thought it was a nice place for a one night stop on a family road trip. Place was nice. Service was meh, could’ve been a little more pleasant & welcoming but I get it.

We booked a suite with three roooms. The hotel would not acknowledge that was what we rented nor would ******* give us a refund for not providing the room we actually rented. The front staff was rude and not accommodating. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else
