Senang ada gimnasium. Perkhidmatannya baik dan biliknya bersih. Selipar yang disediakan di dalam bilik agak kecil (290mm).

Great staff！ I left my laptop in my room but staff was able to retrieve it quickly. Very appreciate it!

Great location, comfortable stay and has a lot of parking space. Lots of shopping and eateries nearby and it’s also close to airport. The building and furniture are a little old showing signs of wear and tear but room was clean and well kept. Staff were not too friendly when asked for an earlier check in or for recommendations on places to eat nearby. When asked for a quiet room, they gave me a room right next to a massive construction site (see photo) which is an eyesore. So I asked for a change of rooms and staff accommodated. Generally in line with expectations of a Shilla Stay Hotel and will come back due to its location.

The location is nice where you can do a lot of shopping. The environment is clean and comfy.

Good location, friendly staff. Some slow service when checking in and out. Facilities starting to show their age.

Hotel was great - only drawback was the automated A/C in place which was very uncomfortable because for most of the day it was set at way too high a temperature.

good hotel for business travelers. like all shillastays this is a comfortable place to stay. this shilla's restaurant has a rooftop balcony and the restaurant is open late night.

The shilla stay jeju was pretty good. I enjoyed it the room and the lobby is beautiful. I read the reviews saying it was crowded so I looked at the pictures and it looked crowded to me but the rooms were still decent so I guess it's just personal preference. I was disappointed that we couldn't stay longer. We were here for business so the hotel is fine. Better to stay at a resort if you want things like a pool, etc.
