This hotel performs self check in/out. Feels like living in an apartment than a hotel room. But overall is clean and comfortable with access to Netflix and streaming services. Just need to bring your own toothbrush.

If you want to catch some sort of disease go ahead and book this hotel. The hygiene is bad! And clearly nonexistent. It’s stated as a 4star/3star, but it’s not even a 1*, sure some motels would be 100x better. Everything was terrible since I tried to checkin. The hotel is a self service hotel and no where does it mention this . You need to checkin via a machine and there are no humans to help you. The machine couldn’t scan a passport . On arriving to the room, the images I had seen when I booked the room were different to the actual room.it states a standard double room had a shower or a bath, but it has a bath tub (no curtain, no bath mat) with a hand shower. It also states some rooms have windows. I went to request a room with a shower as I have a bad back but I was told all rooms of this type have a bath tub and was asked if they could see the room, also told non of these have windows. Incorrect to what was stated. The staff then suggest to use the hand held shower over the toilet and used a rolled up towel at the door . They claimed to have no rooms available to upgrade me or change the room because rooms are assigned via the machine and they can’t override it. I inspected the bed and there was a stain on the cover and when I opened the bed there were stands of long hair and eyelash, was the room cleaned? I had to consult via a chat line about the bedding to which I was asked for my room number and then I was told I put the dnd sign and the bedding was not changed and is changed every three days! And there is no maid service at the time of 7pm. I had just checked in to the room and they apologised and said they would change the bedding when I went out . I returned to new bedding but this time it was torn and had a blood stain and yellow and black marks. Again I complained and got labeled as having too many requirements ! The bathroom had ***** hair on the floor and hair strands in the tub, the basin has snot stains and must have not been cleaned , the bathroom wall also had blood stains. The walls in the room are stained and in a horrible condition so is the headboard. The room is dusty and the fridge hadn’t been cleaner neither have the slippers or the plug points. Pictures for reference. The next day the housing keeping did not clean the room they replenished the towels to which they only supply 4 hand towels no bath towels. (Make it make sense) . Replenished water took out the trash, made the bed. Nothing else was cleaned not the floor not the basin not the bathtub not the toilet. I complained to the chat line to which o got told are you the customer in room xxx when I confirmed I got no response. The day after I put the please make up room sign . On returned this sign was placed back in the room , and the room was not cleaned . No clean towels or fresh water. The hotel said the maid took the sign as a refusal to clean.t They then said that a sign was put but can’t confirm if it was make up room. Surely, if the sign was DND it would be on the door when I returned but the sign was placed back inside the room. This hotel lacks all customer service and the staff have a horrible attitude. I do wonder if they had an issue with me being brown in colour. As a paying customer I expect more and I expect service from a human. The hotel did nothing to rectify my complaints all they had were excuses and we can’t, we have no rooms. I have never had such an experience at a hotel in all my travels. Be it 2* or 5* if there was an issue the staff went out of their way to be accommodating and fix it. Not this hotel they clearly don’t care about their guests at all. It makes me ill just thinking about the state of the room. It’s not clean, the hygiene is not present.The rooms are run down and in a bad condition , and the way they advertise is false. The carpets in the hall way are also dirty + stained. The hotel claims they give teabags which they do not. And staff do not speak English . Book at your own will

Good locations, very convenient to duty free malls and restaurants. Price is competitive to other hotels nearby.

직원의 잘못이라기엔.... 시스템상 어쩔수 없는 오류가 발생했다는데... 체크인하고 무거운 몸과 짐을 이끌고 밤늦게 올라간 배정된 방에 문을 열고 들어가서 키를 꽂고 신발을 벗으며 방안을 보는 순간 진짜... 정말정말 얼마나 놀랬던지... 누가 이미 묶고 있는지 방에 짐들이 있고 심지어 내가 잘못들어왔나;;?하고 방키와 영수증을 번갈아보며 얼어붙어서 어버버하고 있다가 문제 생길까싶어 혹시나하는 마음에 입구에 서서 증거?사진찍고 나와 다시 한번 키와 호수를 번갈아보고.... 늦은 시간이라 사람도 없어서 찐당황으로... 1층로비로 다시 내려가서 호텔측에 연락하고 전화응대해주신 남성직원은 방을 다시 내어주면서 어찌된건지 알아봐주겠다고 하시더니 그이후... 체크아웃때까지 어떠한 피드백도 돌아오는 일은 없었고... 새로 배정받은 방에 체크인하고 들어가면서 설마 또 그럴까 싶어서 들어가자마자 입구에서 사진부터 또 찍고... 체크인하는 그날부터 묶는 내내 방에 누가 들어올까봐 무서워서 걸쇠걸이에, 문잠그기 이중체크가 기본에다가 신경쓰여서 잠도 제대로 못자고... 체크아웃도 11시이전에 이미 아침7시 조금 넘은 시간에 다하고 집에 돌아왔더니 11시에 체크아웃이 확인이 안되었다고 전화하길래.... 2차 뇌절...ㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷ 일단 시간과 체크아웃이 된 상황을 설명하고 여성직원에게 키를 2개를 받았고 나올때 둘다 반납해달랐기에 같이 반납했다 했더니 알아보고 연락준다하더니.... 또 감감무소식... 위 사실을 알게된 남동생은 식겁하고는 당장 어찌된건지 피곤하고 더 지쳐서 돌아온 본인을 대신해 호텔측에 알아봐주고 건의해 줌... 살다살다;; 이런 경험은 처음이라... 진짜... 방배정 시스템처리 방식... 꼭.. 개선되길 바랍니다. 진짜 진짜 진짜 진짜 진짜.... 누가 방문열고 들어올까봐 너무 불편하고 무서웠어요...^^...
