Ulasan M Social Hotel Suzhou

The hotel is in a great location overlooking one of the two big lakes and within a kilometer of a subway station. The lobby is on the 25th floor. The rooms are big and ours was overlooking the lake. The breakfast is amazing and you can use the gym, pool and sauna. When coming to Suzhou, be sure to check this place!

The hotel has a loft-style design with many eclectic screens that can be seen everywhere. However, it did not meet my expectations for this brand - M Social. I did not feel any social connection. Although I received a call from the Guest Experience Manager before my arrival and provided an arrival time, there was no welcome upon check-in. The check-in process was easy, but the room was very simple with no outstanding features that I can share with you on Ctrip. The key issues are that the air conditioning did not warm the room, the combination of the bathtub and shower was not very convenient, and the bed mattress was too firm. The lobby was also too small. The restaurant did not have too many choices, but it was okay for me, if they could add more gym food and fresh juice with less sugar that would be better.. For M Social no feel the social

Overall experience at this hotel was excellent. Management and staff are committed to delivering world class hospitality. Will definitely use this hotel group again for my travels to Singapore.

Had a great stay here. Beautiful modern room with great view. Staff were all very helpful with good level of English. Variety at breakfast was good but quality a little less than I’d expect at this price. Would definitely go back for a nice weekend away in Suzhou

I stayed at many 5 star hotels and this Gym is the best and is the reason why I will come back. The room offers a unique experience. It feels very homie and very meticulously designed for the guests to feel like we’re maximizing value for money. Also, breakfast pastries were above my expectations, finally could match what I would call a breakfast buffet! Highly recommend this hotel!
