Ulasan Regency Art Hotel

Despite a few dirt behind the drawers , under the bed and outdated walls and ceilings, the small pillows. I actually really like this hotel. It gives me this nostalgia and retro feel but at the same time feel extravagant. Bed was comfortable not too soft. I Pleasant service from reception and pool/spa staff. I really like the jacuzzi. Spacious and I feel like this is underrated. This hotel deserves more attention. Will definitely book again when I come back. Thanks for arranging my requests on high floor 😃

We had very spacious and very clean room. Nice buffet food Chinese and American cuisine. Big nice and very clean lobby and the whole hotel is very nice. There is also a nice big swimming pool. It is close at 8 PM. Our ecperience there was the staff allowed us to swim eventhough there was 25 minutes left before 8 PM..At least we got 20 minutes swimming.. Feeling good about that.. The hotel is also 2 minutes walking distance to the bus stop where we can take 28A going to Macao city or going to Macao Harbor Ferry Terminal where we can ride a Turbo jet going to Sheung Wan Hongkong..

No security deposit is required that make check in and check out fast and easy. The hotel view is great!

The stay was lovely, love the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the bus stops station. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent, great swimming pool, absolutely charming place

A perfect swap for the over expensive hotels which of course are nice but this is a great substitute. A cinema around the corner, a bank and a 7/11. YOU MUST take a taxi if travelling from Gongbei port, Zhuhai. the buses are packed at all times and the taxi will be a max of 110MOP$ but it’s worth it. The Taxi doesn’t take yuan, or weixin. Only Macao Cash, but there are many Bank Of China’s. As a Londoner living in China on Business Macao is a lovely little stay and Regency was awesome. Looks like a five star hotel and the staff are incredible. They don’t have usb’s in all room so make sure you have a 3 point plug or adapter to charge just in case. The location isn’t great, but even with the taxis you save money.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the airport and ferry terminal. There is a bus stop near the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious with amenities. The swimming pool is a plus.

Amazing service, especially from the Lobby reception from Kenneth, really know how to support a customer.

Room was hot that times,the interior si old..the chef was incahrge in breakfast

Entered the room and you can already smell something bad. No exhaust. Aircon are not getting cold.

Spacious room with a nice harbor view. Friendly staffs and clean pool.

Toilet is not working well.
