Location is good as it’s just outside the Taipa center, so not much noise. The hotel is dated compared to the macau hotels and tha you can feel on the mattress…. Staff is very helpful and kind, pool is closed until end March

This hotel is incredibly convenient for traveling from Hong Kong to Macau. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The security guards were also very helpful, assisting with luggage and opening car doors, which made things so much easier for us. I had a wonderful stay this time – it’s my second visit, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly quick, which was great when traveling with kids and on a tight schedule. The room was very clean, spacious, and bright, with all the amenities you could need. The hotel environment is also lovely, quiet, and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and it was easy to get to the restaurant from our room. Not only did we enjoy a comfortable stay, but the staff were also so enthusiastic, and the restaurant service staff were very polite. My child accidentally broke a spoon during a meal, and a kind waitress immediately replaced it, even warning us to be careful not to cut ourselves – I felt so bad! Another waiter promptly cleared empty plates during the meal. The attention to detail was exceptional, truly commendable! Thumbs up, it's absolutely great value for money!

This hotel is located in Taipa's seaview area, offering a beautiful night view of Macau Island! There's plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness is decent. The front desk service was good, but the breakfast quality was just average. The concierge service, however, needs improvement!

The room was very spacious, clean, and incredibly soundproof. Since our room didn't face the street, there was absolutely no noise. Even though the windows were sealed, thankfully there was no musty smell as some online reviews mentioned, just a very faint, pleasant fragrance. It truly lives up to its reputation as an old-school five-star hotel; the staff's attitude was excellent, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. It's definitely a resort-style hotel, with a well-maintained pool, hot spring baths and a sauna available, and a gym and billiards tables – perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The staff are very friendly and kind...the lobby is spacious and nice....the buffet is ok...but not much choices...my only bad comment is the wifi in out room cannot connect and always disconnect ...poor connect ...did not work...the room is ok to stay...the bathroom is too cold...exhaust fan is not strong enough to suck the steam...the floor is a little dirty too. Its only ok for me

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the station, making travel very convenient. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms here are spacious and very authentic, with a simple yet vintage Portuguese style, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub for soaking, and the water in the tub was a beautiful, very light blue, creating a lovely and romantic atmosphere. The windows are sealed, but through the glass, you can see the sea, as well as the Grand Lisboa and MGM across the way... Nice.

House keeping is not satisfactory. We stay 2 nights but house keeping did not clean the cup we used when they tidy up the room on the second day.Nevertheless the view is good and the breakfast is wonderful.

Very old hotel. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the centre. There is a bus stop nearby. Breakfast is normal

Overall, it was better than expected; not as dated as I thought. There wasn't a musty smell in the room, but the air freshener was a bit overpowering. However, it is an 80s hotel after all, so it's definitely not modern.

This hotel is really mean, and the service is terrible. The facilities are expensive and old. If you don't want to get angry 😤, don't stay here. The exterior and the beautiful lobby create an illusion of style, but as soon as you open the door, the entire room has a 'fusty old smell.' It's old and unclean, and the central air conditioning can't even be adjusted. I stayed in room 513 – can you believe that in this day and age, half the TV screen is static ❄️? I paid over 600 for this room! The front desk staff was super mean. I arrived early and didn't even ask to check in; I just wanted to store my luggage. They haughtily told me, 'No check-in allowed.' I called the front desk to ask for two more bottles of water, and they said they'd send them over, but I waited for water that never arrived. When I mentioned this during checkout, it was completely ignored. 🙄 As a guest, am I not even worthy of a glance from you all?

A very quiet and comfortable hotel with a great location. The room has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The only downside is the Wi-Fi — it’s too weak if you plan to work online
