Its a nice intimate hotel. Service was very nice and helpful. The hotel is situates in the center, but in a quite place. It looks very authentic

到耶路撒冷老城走路十幾分鍾，電車一站路。從機場坐火車的話，下火車轉電車，走路5分鐘就到了，千萬不要打出租車。酒店的工作人員非常熱心幫忙。早飯和happy hour都很豐盛。有免費的自行車給客人用。處在很繁華的地方。趕上sukko，非常熱鬧，下樓就體驗了快樂的住棚節。在這個酒店住了十天，很不錯的體驗。

Hotel is a small boutique hotel in the central part of Jerusalem just off of Jaffe street. Very convenient location. Staff very friendly. Room with a view was a construction site. Breakfast was plentiful and very good selection. We were there Oct. 7. The staff ushered us to the bomb shelter located within the building several times. They were helpful, informed and assisted in any way to guide patrons through this ordeal.

The charm of this hotel is just beyond, from the nice little neighborhood with restaurants/stores and the subway/tram just steps away to the nice jar of candy at the counter to the friendly smiling faces at the front desk (Sevana was amazing), staying at this true boutique hotel was a wonderful happenstance for us. I would stay again. The bathroom amenities were great quality, the bathroom a decent size. Our room was really quaint and charming.

Very attentive hotel. Extremely helpful on all of our questions or concerns. Breakfast and happy hour with snacks included with our stay. Fantastic location. rooms were a bit on the small side but adequate for our three night stay. Highly recommend.

Very ideal location. Warm and kind front desk. Happy hour is definitely a plus point. Walking distance to old city while located in new Jerusalem city. Very close to Jaffa Center station of light rail.

Nice little hotel in the middle of bustling downtown Jerusalem. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and historical sites. Friendly staff and I have to say the little things matter. This hotel includes a nice happy hour where you can have snacks and drinks in the lounge area for no additional charge and a mini bar/fridge that has sparkling water, soft drinks, wine and grapes included. That is rare to see and very much appreciated not having to go in search for something to drink when you are tired. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location, good and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated also the help with transfer bookings, the good breakfast and the happy hour. We would like to return soon to Jerusalem and Arthur Hotel.
