A great clean apar**ent in a lovely location with a friendly host. The apar**ent is 20 minutes bus journey outside of split which cost €1.70. There is a peaceful beach with crystal clear waters to relax and two beach bars either side of the apar**ent. I would highly recommend staying here. Easy access to the huddle and bustle of split and somewhere to relax after it.

This was our first trip to Croatia and it really is a lovely place. Sempetar is very quiet, with only two restaurants and bars. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced. If you are looking for a lively holiday, then this location is not for you. It met all our expectations of a very very relaxed and chilled holiday. The beach is made of shingle, but an absolutely lovely bay to have a swim and sunbathe. It was not crowded in any way, but maybe that this is just before the holiday season starts....I'm not sure. The accommodation was very clean, very well presented and comes fully equipped will all the essentials of an appar**ent, including a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Our room overlooked the harbour and had a very large terrace to relax on. We couldn't have chosen a better location as the Supermarket, gift shop, bus stops are within very easy walking distance, literally just across the road. The local town of Omis is only a short bus ride away costing 4 euros each. This is a very picturesque town with beautiful mountains surrounding it. It certainly is worth a mooch round. Lots of restaurants/cafe's and bars to choose from but doesn't lose its beauty to being over commercialised. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already looking to go back for another break in September. This time we will hire a car to explore further afield. I would like to finish this review by saying that our hostess Lidija was so welcoming and could not do enough for us to make our stay more welcoming. Our 2nd visit. This time we used apar**ent 1 overlooking the harbour. Very comfortable bed. Everything we needed for a wedding anniversary trip. Hired a car so we could drive further along the coast although the bus no 60 is very frequent and runs from Split to Omis stopping minutes from the apar**ents. Just be aware that you need cash as not many placed take contact less payments. Excellent mini supermarket opposite although it doesn't gave a cash machine. Does great takeaway coffee. Lidija is an excellent host and even brought us fresh strudel and cooked fish. Beach just seconds away.

Absolutely beautiful. The lady who owns the apar**ents was very accommodating, kind and caring. Quiet area which was needed before heading to Split. The view of the harbour from the apar**ent balcony is stunning. Beach 1 min from the apar**ent, local shop with everything you need and a beach restaurant near by. Really a lovely little find and we will definitely be returning!!

Let me say first the Lady who runs these apar**ents is lovely, our apar**ent kitchen and bathroom were clean well equipped both need attention, washing machine is next to the bath and empties into it, hand held tap shower in bath. You need a car there is nothing there, two restaurants that are in walking distance are awful. Bus service is poor. I always book our holidays following great reviews people please be honest.

What a lovely place. The appar**ent is situated overlookingthe harbour and sea. We were in Room 3. Lovely spacious appar**ent with beautiful view of the mountain. The appar**ent had everything you needed, a nice balcony and was clean. The shower was amazing and the bed so comfy. Slept so well every night we were there! Supermarket just across the road with everything you need. The restaurant and beach bar so close snd msny others if you walk towards Dugi Rat. Lidjia was amazing. So incredibly friendly and welcoming. Orange, water and beer on arrival in the fridge for us when we arrived. She kindly brought us up some beach towels when we asked. We got back ome day to a lovely cheese and meat platter with olives and tomatoes too. On the way back her son's friend took us to the airport. She was so lovely too . Such a great stay. We loved it. Great days out to Split and Omis, beach and nice tours to do too in area. Bus service good. Every 20 mins to 30. Definitely will be back again. We loved it. Thank you Lidjia.
