Apart from arrogant staff, everything else is good about this place.

Check in was somewhat haphazard as a text with details to access accommodation was not received and the room was not ready so another room was sourced. The slat blinds on windows had 2 broken off (minimising privacy) and the room, surfaces and cutlery were not very clean. The accommodation was good overall.

Great night with an awesome Room 5 star room with a great price no issues great facilities with a great pub across the road and shops close by with a KFC and a hung jacks right across the road

El alojamiento amplio y bastante limpio. El baño con bañera de hidromasaje que no funcionaba, pero una cocina bien equipada que incluía vitro para cocinar. Enfrente de los apartamentos Justo cruzar la calle hay zona de tiendas y para comer varios sitios.

房間很大，還有超大按摩浴缸，可以自助辦入住，但是我沒有driver license，再加上驗證點時候出了點問題，到的比較晚，大晚上給酒店打電話，工作人員另外發了code。沒有牙膏牙刷牙杯，沒有拖鞋，需要自帶，其他都不錯，臨近Jesmond shopping center生活還比較方便

Hell Stay Literally our worst stay in a hotel ever. Clearly the building was a townhouse cheaply and illegally converted to five hotel rooms. One tiny window which was frosted so you can’t see out and the winder was broken so it could not be opened. That one and the small bathroom one faced onto massive flashing lights neon advertising sign. Think Times Square in New York. The light of which was impossible to keep out of the room. Mounted on the ceiling above the bed was a flashing fire alarm, a flashing internet modem with many lights and the door electronics, also flashing. During the night the door electrical panel changed to ‘checkout’ which was an incredibly bright red light that made the room so bright I could read my book ….. I wish I was joking. The bed was a Murphy bed that flipped down out of the wall with a mattress that appeared to be concrete. With only 10-12 inches on all sides between the bed and the wall you needed to walk/slide sideways to move around the room. Absolutely no way is this room up to fire code. On top of the plethora of disco lights the switch board for the building, with no cover, was mounted low on the wall beside the bed and some electrical fault was causing a repeated switching on and off of a mechanical switch every ten minutes or so that when it happened the first time we thought the panel had dropped off the wall. This loud clock/crash sound repeated every ten minutes all night long. We did not sleep …. At all.

Overall good place to stay if you plan to be independent in your travel. I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the suite, dishes/utensils were clearly not clean and room cleaning is only done once a week unless you pay more so the place was pretty grubby and grimey. This also meant I had to pay for towels and/or laundering during our stay because they only had 2 towels in the room for the entire stay.

Quiet place to stay. Easy walk to pub and shops just across the road. Have stayed before for lengthy periods and will again

False advertising regarding free wifi; only 500mb the rest need to pay. Floor is very dirty. Plenty of parking and good communication. No spa within the property as per advertisement.

Was given 5 different rooms before we got a room. what i was sent in an email i did not get that room nor the standard of cleanliness etc Code would not work to let us in the room , it took 45mins before we got in the room, once in the bathroom was not clean, the toilet was running the room you couldnt open windows had no screens, screen door had holes so bugs n mosquito's came in, the taps in the bathroom were running.noise from the traffic on the road was at a 10/10 horrible, when i went to explain the room n the faults i was told this is all we have n thats it. Room rate was changed eventually through the stay to be lower however no complimentary or anything for a next time stay when i did mention we would be coming back as my mum has follow appt with drs at john hunter, the manager put his hands up to his face n said oh god no!

Liked the keyless entry. Beds adequate and comfortable. Air conditioning worked. No block out curtaining. Hot water was a rarity. Kitchenette inadequately stocked. Spa advertised but completely useless as there was not enough hot water to fill it. Windows did not close properly.

They rang to confirm out booking and send the link to upload id with the online registration. Simple as, didn't have to go through reception at all. Comfortable for our requirements with a kitchen to cook in.

Just stopped over for a night with the family in the middle if a roadtrip. Was a very comfortable night's sleep

Love that this place is completely pet friendly, friendly staff ...Only little issue was the cleaniess of the spa in our room, but thats only little.. Everything else was great! Great work Jesmond Executive Villas!!
