Almost everything is good. The room size is decent, location is excellent. The breakfast is fantastic. The service staff are helpful. The only thing i don't like is that the toilet is translucent and can be seen from outside if you forgot to drawn down the curtain which happened to me. It was the most embarrassing thing happened to me in my life. Although there was reminder on the glass, it was easily been ignored. The staff should have mentioned during check-in. I still gave a 5 star because other than this it is a good hotel

The home stay location is quite centre. Cars are not allowed to enter into ancient town. They will provide a trolley to send your luggage to their home stay. Beforehand you need to let them know your arrival time. Room is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Two choices of breakfast are available, local rice noodles or sandwiches. Disadvantage is sound proofing is really bad. We can hear clearly people talking at the garden or next room.

Beautiful courtyard! The room is clean and comfortable. Owners are also very friendly. Located in the old town and easily accessible around the area.

I will be back to this same accommodation if I get a chance to return for longer stay

The Inn or Homestay was updated and new, right around the corner of the Shaxi Old Stage, by the river with lots of restaurants and shops around, everyone at the Inn was very helpful.

We chose this B&B in the ancient town where we can bring our puppy. It is a cozy and beautiful courtyard, clean and sanitary. It is our favorite B&B during this self-driving trip in Yunnan. The store owner provided friendly and thoughtful service, and helped us upgrade the room. The room is antique, and there is a small balcony full of sunshine from morning to night. There are details and surprises everywhere. We stayed for another day for this surprise. We agreed to choose this place again next year.

Before coming to Shaxi Ancient Town, I went to Lijiang and Shangri-La. Shaxi Ancient Town is the best ancient town. It is very comfortable to walk around, and there are few people and it is cool! The owner of the B&B where I stayed was also very enthusiastic and upgraded the room type for free! The breakfast at the B&B is delicious, and the rice noodles are rated as the best rice noodles I have eaten in Yunnan this time! It’s a pity that the itinerary was only planned for one day. It’s really a place where you can stay for a few more days, suitable for daze and relax 😎

A quiet homestay in a busy city. Not far from the door is the ancient theater. It is a central point and very convenient for travel. You can go out and come back six times a day. Hahahaha It will definitely be the first choice next time you go to Shaxi

The small courtyard is very beautiful, with many tourists taking pictures at the door. The boss is very nice, the breakfast is delicious, and there is homemade plum wine. The location is also very good. When you walk out of the alley, you will reach Sifang Street, and it is very quiet!

The hotel is really great! We came to the hotel with a 5-month-old baby. It happened to be pouring rain. The boss came to the parking lot to help us hold an umbrella and carry our luggage. When we got to the inn, because the original room was not yet settled, the boss immediately upgraded the room for free for us to wash and wash for fear of freezing. He also enthusiastically made ginger tea for us to drive away the cold. The service is really top-notch! The breakfast is also delicious, both Chinese and Western, especially the fried eggs, delicious! The whole hotel is similar to a courtyard house. When you open the door, you will see the garden view, and when you go out, you will see the ancient town. It is quiet in the midst of noise, quiet when you rest, and convenient to go out and play. When you leave, the boss will come to see you off and help you carry your luggage. Parking is also free. It’s really just a matter of bringing yourself, and leave everything else to the boss. The service is really great! I will definitely stay here next time I come to Shaxi!

I'm really lucky. It turned out that we only booked a standard twin room. The boss saw that we had two large luggages and directly upgraded us to a Xile twin room with two double beds, a small living room with a private projection, and a delicious breakfast. If it's good, If you want to add more to your meal, the girl who cooks it will give it to you. There are two kinds of food, Western and Chinese, so you can choose casually.
