出來找朋友提前跨年，説是推薦住在南湖邊就定在這裏，前台服務很好，吃飯回去辦入住很晚也沒有不耐煩，就是需要自己拿洗漱包太麻煩。酒店看上去蠻舊的聽前台説開了蠻久的是個老酒店，但是看着舊客房裡麪還好，靠近馬路的那麪還能看見塔，也不是很吵，酒店設施也還行，有浴缸就是沒有一次性浴缸套，要泡澡比較麻煩。出門幾個景點都很近，教堂南湖子城走走也就十分鐘左右，吃飯也很近，南湖天地吃飯的地方也很多。鮮肉燒賣也去吃了，還挺好吃的，也沒有感覺油油的，這次還有地方沒去，下次再來嘉興。

一走進酒店就感覺非常豪華大氣，房間既寬敞又明亮而且安靜舒適，酒店的各方面服務也都非常到位，特別是前台小姐姐Y看到有長者就幫我們免費升級了房型。酒店除了早餐豐富以外晚餐也很可口，二樓中餐廳的菜品更是新鮮美味，入住這裏就感覺吃、住、行都特別方便。酒店在春節期間還搞了豐富多彩的各種活動並且在入住後贈送各類點心、水果和小飲品，讓住客倍感温韾，下次來嘉興會繼續選擇這裏。

酒店位置很好，周邊環境也很好，這次住的是商務套房，面積大，有兩個衞生間，乾淨舒適，早餐豐富，去景點方便，酒店停車位足且免費，這個套房就是缺了一個浴缸，另一個衞生間使用率不高，改成浴缸會更完美。

This has been one of the best stays. Hotel is clean and staff very supportive and friendly. I would like to especially thank Grace for her help and guidance, multiple times. Gonna stay again when the next opportunity arrives.

當年中共一大發表入住的旅社，去嘉興博物館溜達的時候確實看到了～ 位置：酒店就在南湖天地旁邊，位置得天獨厚，去哪裡都很方便。出門就是南湖天地碼頭，我們出去遊玩，從會景園上湖心島，再回來的時候經過南湖天地就下船準備打車去月河，結果下船發現就是旅社，還順便回去洗了個手，笑死。 衞生服務：酒店很舒服，床品很好，出門在外特別怕睡不好，這次完全沒有這個煩惱。衞生打掃得很乾凈，刷牙的時候手滑不小心打碎了一個杯子，酒店打掃衞生髮現之後還特地關心了我是否劃傷。這次還有幸幫朋友訂到了唯一的標準間，比普通大床房寬敞很多！ 設施：智能馬桶，電動窗簾。洗浴用品的味道也很喜歡。有提供旗袍漢服在店內拍照打卡，每件衹有一件，碼數隨緣～

雖然是老的酒店 但是還有的都有 我們住的是家庭套房 兩個衞生間 兩台電視機 適合多人出遊 酒店有自己的停車場，酒店提前聯繫我們提前輸入了我們車的牌照，方便我們停車 大人有大人的拖鞋牙刷 小孩有小孩的拖鞋牙刷 幫我們默默升級成有帳篷的豬豬俠親子房 雖然是人均100多一晚的房間 但我們好像是尊貴的客人 酒店對我們幾乎是有求必應 多了一兩個人頭 酒店幫我們安排早餐 自助早餐每一樣餐品都很棒 僅僅是雞蛋就有茶葉蛋、荷包蛋、太陽蛋、煎蛋、水煮蛋那麼多種類 推薦煎燒賣、拿鐵、西蘭花 每一樣都好吃 我們不太吃甜的 正好豆漿是無糖的（可以自己加糖） 滿意得不能再滿意了 最後退房走出酒店 發現酒店周邊的樹還有停車場的墩子 一個個都包裹上了粗棉線 紅的綠的小朋友特別喜歡 太有心了 一個多麼有愛真正考慮了客人的酒店啊 大大提升了旅行的幸福感

朋友推薦了這家客棧，環境很不錯，就在月河景區裏面，逛景區很方便。酒店內也很漂亮，適合拍照。 不太好的地方是酒店裡沒有電梯，如果行李很重的話不方便。離ktv很近，晚上隱隱約約會有聲音傳過來。樓下有行人路過的話也能聽得很清楚。 房間設施整體不錯，但是手持淋浴頭出水不好。 大堂幫忙拿東西的小哥挺熱情的，但是前台有點業務不熟練！

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

The hotel’s environment is very pleasant, nice view out to lakes and service is excellent, I’m particularly thankful to Gavin who has been very helpful with my needs during my stay there. I’ve also had a meal at the Chinese restaurant and the food is delicious.

很好，很適合老年人聚會休閑的酒店，價格也合理，早餐豐富，酒店高端大氣，周邊的風景很好，綠化率很高，湖面平靜，散散步很愜意，酒店內一派民國老上海風情，文化氣息濃厚，入住感覺很接地氣，温馨浪漫，前台服務熱情周到規範，唯一不足的是中餐廳，菜有點貴，因為酒店面對的是中老年退休客人多，商務相對少些，希望酒店能夠合理調整一下，下次還會再入住該酒店，不錯！
