給酒店大大的點贊👍👍👍 地理位置優越👍 前台服務大大的👍，前台張屹玲果美女的服務，主動給我升級房間，而且是2個房間，看到我們帶了2個小朋友，知道我帶爸媽出行主動給我增加餐券，還額外給了我主題冰激凌，入住時還有個帥哥主動給我們拿行李，這服務真的是回家的感覺。 吃的方面，早餐豐富，衞生乾淨，服務生收拾已用餐具也是第一時間的，👍 再説説酒店的環境吧，出門就是月河古街，太方便了，吃我網紅店步行即到，這個性價比妥妥的讓我的家人們和朋友都為我點贊，哈哈哈

新開的酒店，房間很不錯，有個大的落地窗，能看日落，樓下全部都是吃飯的地方，還是挺方便的，床單是新換的，就是在被罩外面發現了一根不屬於我的毛髮，不過是在外面，心裏有點小小的不舒服，應該是個偶然事件，整體衞生很好，從這個價格服務和設施來説，性價比很高，可選

it is a very nice property with big rooms and the location is also very good , you can easily get groceries and restaurants in walking distance to the hotel like 50-100 metres only

在秀洲大潤發對面，南站3號公交站台97路一鍵直達。 給了20/22高區房，房間大，熱水足，電視大，可投屏，40℃高温天，幾乎天天窩在房間裏看奧運，影音效果很滿意。 早餐現做麪檔，有闊麪/細麪/粉可以選擇，也可以做燙蔬菜/菌菇，炒菜5-6種，西點3-4種，蒸點3-4種，炒麪炒飯，炸物水果，還有豆花。 晚餐憑房卡8折享牛排自助，一份牛排+意麪，再加小龍蝦燒烤自助，80/人，性價比賽高。 工作人員都很耐心，各種服務響應非常及時。 送了早餐，感恩的心！

Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

The room very spacious with nice view from veranda. I can't speak chinese, but we have smooth communication via wechat using translating function. The hotel owner and staff are very kind. He helped me getting small cash as i need it for local bus payment.

After checking in, we took a buggy ride close to our accommodation, while the hotel arranged for our luggage to be delivered by boat. We didn't opt for a riverside room as it was more expensive. Minsu 62 is managed by a friendly family of three who made us feel very welcome. We had lunch there, and the host turned out to be an excellent chef—the food was delicious! We ordered their signature chicken and stir-fried vegetables. We also tried dining outside but regretted it; we should have eaten at the minsu instead. They do accept walk in dining, please do order the chicken, it goes well with white rice, we cant resist and had 2nd serving. The minsu is centuries old, so the walls are quite thin, and we could hear conversations and doors opening and closing from neighboring rooms. They provide earplugs, but I didn’t use them as the noise didn’t bother me. The room was clean and had a retro design. I would definitely request to stay at Minsu 62 again if I visit next time.

The staff were so friendly and helpful

It is great to stay in such a wonderful hotel. The room is clean and cosy. Anyway, the femal receptionist at the service customer area near the ticket box and the girl who is in charge of our check-in should be more professional by at least smiling at us when we need help. They were just so annoying. Just one thing that made our trip less intersting. Other things were perfect.

Hotel it’s one of the best in this city . Location also very convenient and with clean and modern environment. Public areas very cold , especially at the breakfast restaurant.. suppose to be warm but unfortunately most of guest need to keep the coat on . Not suitable to eat dinner at the hotel due for the same reason . Pity .
