酒店還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的，佈局，合理、乾淨，無異味、床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快，值得推薦晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，推薦一手，每位酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊，最主要的是乾淨衞生，這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值，下次有機會一定會再來。最後誇讚前台一位姓彭的小妹妹人美心善，主動幫我提行李🧳，很温柔，笑起來很甜。

Good experience, The attentive staff ensured a smooth and welcoming check-in experience. The rooms were impeccably kept with all the necessary amenities. My day got off to a great start with a tasty and plentiful breakfast buffet. As a frequent traveler who relies on taxis, I can't speak to the traffic convenience, but I can confirm that the hotel's entrance provides convenient drop-off and pick-up points for cars.

11月7日返回杭州之後，12月3日早晨再度啟程前往嘉興。這一天下午沒有和11月6日一樣出去遊覽，而是按照事先與G醫生約定的計劃、安心待在杏葫一家中醫館，早早請他為我進行跌打損傷治療。整個過程持續了有三個小時還多，及至晚飯吃完、回到杏葫一家，小笨豬醫生又帶我去樓上剪髮。當他開車搭載我、來到花居雅舍門前，又是十點不止了。
電動門緩緩敞開、靜謐的大廳裏燈火通明，移步往前台而去，衹見當值的那位小姐姐端坐在自己的工位上，黑色羽絨外套將她的颯爽英姿映襯無遺，胸前的銀色金屬名牌上、那一份飽含陽剛之氣的姓名也帶給我別樣的精神共鳴，一霎間我忽然感覺她是一位卧底警員、便衣警察。“您好。我辦理入住，之前是在攜程上預訂了房間”，我話音未起，她已經從容站起身、接過我遞上的身份證，順勢在電腦上進行熟練的登記與操作。夜幕已深，可她的臉龐上毫無倦態，眉目之間盡是安寧與堅定。“請您留一下手機號”，我剛剛回答出“189”，她又很是温和地問道“尾號是6XXX對嗎？”這讓我頗感驚喜，心中對花居雅舍有了更加深邃、鮮明的安全感、歸屬感。
來到三樓、扭開B308的門，重新回到離別了26天的故地，一股無比熟悉的開闊、清凈、明朗之風撲面而來，牆壁上那幅中國風油畫裏的紅色樹葉與水鄉古鎮、小橋流水再度映入眼簾，心中倍感親切，一整天的疲憊與下午治療留下的疼痛都一掃而空了。
忽然想起有兩份重要文檔需要打印，而第二天返回杭州之前不一定有空做這件事，便立馬拿起房間的座機與總枱聯繫、詢問大廳可否打印文檔。接電話的是一位哥哥，他的聲音洪亮而富有磁性，得知我的訴求之後、很爽快地當場答應，我也開開心心下樓了。
打印文檔的過程並非一帆風順，最初生成的紙本、不知為何，呈現出的內容無論方向、大小，都與電子檔截然不同。當值的哥哥、姐姐見狀、二話不説，一邊仔細檢查打印機、一邊調整電腦上的文檔，待我上樓取好材料袋、重新回到大廳時，完美無缺的四張紙本已經整整齊齊擺在眼前。
與他們兩人的交流是温馨、舒暢的，雖然3號之前不曾相會，但在心裏總感覺與他們是久別重逢。轉身朝電梯進發的那一刻，在大廳明亮的暖色光映照下，那位哥哥所穿黑色衞衣上綉着的“花居雅舍”四個白色楷體字，在我眼眸中也更顯清澈、蒼勁、雋秀。
4日早上七點多，我下樓去解決早餐。途經大廳時，那位哥哥不見了蹤影，“卧底”小姐姐站在電腦前與其他三位小姐姐進行工作交接，看得出來、值崗一夜下樓，她有些累了、已經不再戴着眼鏡。為了不打擾她們，我沒有特地與她們交流。
十點四十左右，我收拾好物品、下樓退房。趕往杏葫一家中醫館的路上，再次經過前進橋。仰首蒼穹、時空交錯了，但較之11月7日，此橋、此水的背景裏天更高、雲更清，耳畔自然而然響起了由周深演唱的電視劇《追風者》主題曲《非你所想》——

這是新的酒店，酒店為參加馬拉松的房客特別安排了參賽包，同時，比賽當天也把早歺時間提早；前台的服務也很好，迴應也快，總之是非常有温度的酒店。
房間光猛，空調大，設備也很新，花灑非常好，沖涼非常舒服。
另外，酒店外也有往來嘉興南站的公交，非常便利。
明年再參加的話，一定會再選擇有巢😀

這個酒店環境什麼的還是挺不錯的，地理位置也比較優越，裏高鐵站和商場都很近，有什麼需求工作人員都很敬業也能夠及時處理問題，還是比較設身處地為客人着想。所以還是非常滿意的一次入住體驗！這邊的早餐種類也是比較多，感覺不錯不錯！

LlschungWe recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way.
Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay.
Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting.
The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay.
In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

PPengguna TetamuIt was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.
We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel.
For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.
With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.
It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.
Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on. I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.
Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.
The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.
When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.
We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).
As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

MMelody Cowe took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.

MMy Shanghai LifeFinally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view.
The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese.
Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

YYeung R ongThe boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.

One of the highlights was the included photography package, ”乌镇阿丽拉-新锐旅拍.” Lesley, our photographer, was amazing! Not only was she talented, but her humor and energy made the entire experience unforgettable. We were laughing non-stop, and her easygoing nature made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera.
Overall, Alila Wuzhen offers a truly memorable stay with stunning surroundings, top-notch amenities, and the added bonus of a fun photography experience. Highly recommended!
