通過攜程官網訂了該酒店（攜程平台非常便利並且服務也很好），從酒店的資質及所標註的設施及規模上來看，認為應該市吉林市前5名甚至前三名的酒店，並且酒店設有無煙層及無煙房間。但遺憾的是，所住的房間有煙味（所説員工説做了無煙處理），到了半夜空調也不再製冷，最感到無奈的是健身房這樣用來鍛鍊的公共場所有更大的煙味（包括健身房所在的3樓走廊內都有很大的煙味）；前台的工作人員工作態度及素質都是很好的；4、5星級的酒店卻允許在無煙層的房間及公共健身場所吸煙，是本次入住最不好的經歷，也非常遺憾。

行政房真的很大，帶一個榻榻米，180度觀景俯瞰吉林站。住宿送兩張樓下的洗浴票，可以去泡個澡整個桑拿，早餐比較豐富。離吉林站走路就幾分鐘，樓下還有個自助火鍋89一位，挺好吃的，帶孩子在酒店裡就解決了吃喝玩樂。稍微舊了一點，但400塊國際連鎖五星酒店行政房還雙早加洗浴，要啥自行車，必須五星。。。。。。

I love this place. The breakfast is amazing and the window views are stunning. There is a nice little convenience store in the alley next to the hotel where you can get snacks and drinks. There is a department store and eating district not too far from the hotel. Only about 10-15 minutes walking behind the hotel. There is Korean bbq and hot pot. In the hotel is a great hot pot restaurant as well. A little pricey, but you are eating at the hotel, and it is delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. English is not always readily available. But the staff will always try to maintain good communication.

Enjoyed our stay here. We requested to change room due to cigarette smoke smell in the first room. Eve was very helpful with our check in procedure and answered all our enquiries professionally. Hotel is clean and breakfast selection was great too. Would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here.

全家去松花湖度假區遊玩，入住西武王子大酒店二間山景房，提前一天酒店大堂經理秦皓然便主動詢問行程路線，同行小朋友或長者的需求等，非常細心提前安排，還發送了路線和入住期間的注意事項和酒店度假區的一些活動和權益，服務暖心。到了酒店房間寬敞明亮，設施新，乾淨整潔，有歡迎水果，窗外大草坪和大青山景色宜人，心情倍感放鬆及舒暢。度假區遊樂活動很多，酒店離纜車很近，還贈送纜車票，窗外可見很多天幕和帳篷，晚上遇到篝火晚會，音樂節很熱鬧，酒店前台人員對詢問也耐心解答，房務服務人員貼心的提供用品及幫助。酒店裡麪餐廳不少，分別在桃園中餐廳和御花園餐廳用餐，體驗也都不錯。中餐廳推薦魚頭泡餅，御花園除了吃早餐晚餐的豬排飯也不錯，在酒店還可以叫餐到房間很方便。度假區整體體驗非常好，住在西武王子更是舒適方便，全家都玩得很開心 。期待再次與松花湖與西武王子酒店相遇。❤

PPengguna Tetamu第一次去松花湖滑雪，諮詢了幾位身邊的朋友，推薦了這家民宿。公寓房間就在商業區裏，非常方便，離雪場大廳非常近。樓下就是肯德基和麪包店，對面一溜都是餐廳。訂的標準間，房間不大但非常乾淨，暖氣很足。樓道是萬科物業的，收拾得也乾淨。三樓還有個小賣部，買個零食啥的方便。關鍵是老闆人非常好，他們是姐妹幾個負責打理酒店，個個都熱情好客，讓人有種回家的感覺。下次一定還住他們家。

SStevey_FlI read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews.
The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center.
There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis.
The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free.
Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two.
(My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

KKELLY JAYI stayed at the Holiday Inn between Christmas and New Year. My friends stayed in the Club Med down the road. Although I joined them for dinner at Club Med, I was genuinely very happy with my stay at Holiday Inn. The room was spacious with a good layout. It had central heating and underfloor heating (lovely after a day of skiing). The room was clean, and I appreciate that the staff offered to change the linen and towels daily, but only on request as they were conscious of the environment. The staff were friendly, but it was difficult with the language barrier as they spoke very limited English and I needed to translate everything.
I was very happy with the breakfast at the hotel, as it had a range of good quality western and Asian dishes. I could easily fill up on this food and not eat again until dinner. If I had have been hungry, I could have visited the little snack shop in the lobby.
Though the hotel is a short 5min walk away from the main ski service hall, there is a ski-in ski-out option from the hotel if you already have equipment. Alternatively, you can ride the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the service hall. The shuttle bus runs every 5-10mins until 10pm, which is very useful as you can also use it to go to dinner and back. Included in the hotel booking, was free entrance to the Japanese hot springs. This is close to the ski hall, so you can take the shuttle. It is wonderful and highly recommended for all ages, especially as it is technically part of the hotel’s stay!

PPengguna Tetamu作為民俗，而且東北農村的民俗，很有特色，房間很真實，獨立衞生間也沒有異味，唯一不足的是乾濕不分，有點小。
家裡的小菜也做得很好吃，銅火鍋，熱乎乎的，價格也非常合適一家三口兩百多各有兩盆牛羊肉，非常物廉價美。
特別介紹謝老闆，是個正黃旗，哈哈哈，超級愛玩能玩，而且無私與客人免費分享他的私家觀景點，沒有二話，來吧，給你們看看這些照片，都是謝老闆私家花園的精品。

JjtravelsPhase 2 is just 8 mins walk to the Ski Resort. There is a bar, restaurants and groceries just below the hotel. The housekeeping service is great. Because of the snow, the room might get wet from the shoes but the housekeeper comes in daily to clean the room. The buffet breakfast is in the Korean restaurant next to the ski resort. It is 28rmb but mine comes with it for free. Many selection of Chinese breakfast food.
Good sound proof wall. No reception or person to welcome you but you can add the manager’s wechat. He will send you the door number password. He can also help you rent ski equipment , get ski tickets or rent a car to the airport (1.5 drive, 320rmb) . You can also take the shuttle bus (2hrs, free) but check the timing as it is only 3 times a day. Bed is comfy and water temperature and pressure are just right. There is no facilities. You can go to Seibu Price hotel and pay 158 for gym, pool and hot spring. It was awesome and it’s walking distance. I will stay here again because of value for money!

PPengguna TetamuWe traveled to Songhuahu with another American expat family. Booked 4 rooms for two families with 7 kids and two adults. It was tight but that was expected. Xiaohui got us extra bed and blankets so everything worked out for sleeping. Only a 5 minute walk to the ski shop for rentals and then a 2 minute shuttle to the base of the slopes. This is an awesome skii experience for families. (But this region doesn’t have many English speakers so you’ll need to be able to speak Chinese or use translation software or have a translator) For this price you can’t beat this place. We came to play and ski, not hang out in the room. 😆. Breakfast was awesome if you like Chinese style buns, noodles, rice, eggs etc. Lunch and dinner options are plentiful and surprisingly affordable (US$5-10) and there are some descent beers to be found. The resort was designed by a Japanese firm so its well thought out. Bunny slopes are to the left and greens at the base. Blues are good and weave in and out of the greens if you want. There’s a separate section for blues and another for blacks with its own lift for the dads. (If you’re into double black’s you’ll Be disappointed but we were having fun with the blacks and wooded sections) there are sections for jumps too. Great variety for 3 day family skiing. The lifts even have windshields and there’s a gondola to the top. Restaurant at the top can get you a bowl of noodles for only US$5 or hit chocolate for 3. Medical care was efficient and cheap too, and the park fee comes with insurance. Don’t ask how we know. Haha. The best thing was the service from Xiaohui. We literally didn’t have to think about anything- tickets, lessons, gear. Price was market price for the season but so so easy. One of our best vacations ever. Good place for a variety of skier levels and not too crowded even at peak season.

Could have used some more kitchen equipment to go with the kitchen - there’s just a kettle and a couple of cups. Likewise the bed sheets are a little small: they kept falling off the bed.
