大環境一般，小環境很好。
餐廳吃飯，芹菜老到嚼不動，跟服務員說，竟然裝聽不見，一言不發。吃完飯後，坐着聊會天，餐廳服務員兩次遠遠站着看我們，不知是不是在催促，總之讓人不舒服。
我們定的採摘房，後來看評論知道應該是每個房間包括兩斤免費採摘的，當時我們不知道，也沒有人提醒。
訂房的頁面上說的歡迎水果，並沒見到。
總體感覺就是硬件不錯，服務水平有待大幅提高。

Great hotel. All staff were not hesitant to helping me. I do not speak Chinese at all but it was super easy to stay here with staff's assistance. I was too tired to go out to have a dinner, so I asked the staff to order a noodle for me. it was a great service and a good dinner. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel especially if you are a foreigner like me.

從淄博回來又住了鐵道大廈 但是這次的房間真的該檢修了。床頭沒有插座 沒有一次性拖鞋 還是我主動要的 水龍頭關不緊 電視遙控不好用 換了一個還是不太靈 幸好奧運期間 換不了台就一直看奧運吧 但是誇誇服務 鐵道大廈的服務是真的很好 無論哪個部門的員工都是很積極的提供服務和幫助 因為有些中暑 晚上感覺發燒了 就問前台要了體温計 機器人幫忙送上來的 幸虧酒店有準備 吃了葯就睡下了。第二天幸虧有早餐 不用我拖着病體到外面去吃 雖然能叫外賣 但是 對大病初癒的人來説 還是家常飯能寬慰我 以後來濟南還是會選擇鐵道大廈

It is super clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel is modern and tasteful. The facilities are new and trendy. PPengguna TetamuI'm an American here in China studying kung fu for the year and took a trip to Jinan for a short weekend getaway to unwind a bit. I really enjoyed the Atour Light hotel! It's my second time staying in an Atour hotel and I have once again been left wanting for nothing. My Chinese is actually atrocious but the front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and, I must say, I generally really hate bathrooms and need to wear a pair of slippers just to enter the facility but this has not been the case at either of the Atour hotels I've stayed at. The ambience is great, the amenities perfect for what I was looking for, and the location beyond excellent. Local food stops right outside the gate of the hotel and, if you're a westerner looking for something familiar, McDonald's is right around the corner too. No need for that though, the local feed hits the spot. All that to say, I have no complaints. Great service, great room, great location. 10/10 recommend.

MMICHAEL F P SWEENEYThe hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.

SSeejuneThe hotel is located right inside the famous Da Ming Hu. You need to wait for the hotel to pick you up from the carpark and the hotel will send a caddy to pick you up. It’s also easy to just walk out to the Main Street which is only 5 minutes walk and you will be in city centre with food and show around.
The view of hotel room is amazing if you book a Lakeview room. It was my 9 year old daughter’s favorite because every morning she wakes up and can see how the huge birds catch fish from the lake. It’s like you are in a zoo.
The room is reasonably clean but a little bit worn out and a little bit small for the standard room. So the hotel videos are a bit of an exaggeration. But overall we love the location and view of the room and we would highly recommend for first time visitors to book a hotel with a view of the beautiful lake.
