二刷西雙版納，上次來野象谷有驚喜，居然看到野象了，這次過來選擇入住了這家靠野象谷的酒店，看評價，都説房東阿姨人特好，很熱情，正如網上説的，阿姨人特好，還給我買了優惠的門票，房間打掃得很乾凈，無線網速很快，熱水是24小時的，房間裏基礎設施設備都有，空調效果很給力，睡得很舒服！

Opened in 2022, the Jinxi Tea and Cafe Manor is a great accommodation choice in Jinghong. 野象谷站 is located approximately 22km away and Xishuangbanna Gasa International Airport around 42km away. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent.

整個莊園超級漂亮，真的有童話裏的感覺，定的菠蘿蜜樹屋二層，房間特別可愛，屋裡真的有棵樹hhh門口還有一個小滑梯，孩子很喜歡玩，還有手作咖啡可以體驗，莊主還找人給現摘了菠蘿蜜，超級甜。點名表揚雅銘妹子，人特別耐斯，溝通特順暢，還幫忙定了徒步的行程，價錢也合適，還負責接送我們到徒步的地點，我們玩的也特別開心，晚上覺得蚊子太多還給了花露水和電蚊拍，美中不足就是蚊子太多了，早飯種類有點少，其他簡直完美！

入住體驗非常不錯！酒店雖然在小鎮上，但是卻超出意料之外的好，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務態度很好很快就辦理好入住，房間設施齊全床也很舒適，房間是全智能控制的，有免費停車場，酒店視野超棒風景非常好，周邊出行餐飲小吃等也很方便，非常推薦！！

酒店定標在曼掌村附近。實際差的馬子大！還有六公里車程，需要打車或者坐三蹦子去。打車價格20元左右！！小鎮短短街道，飯館都是吃粉和快餐！！酒店房間大小合適，裏面新裝修的！設施和衞生還行，但不美麗的是酒店在K丅V的樓上，你要知道晚上不睡覺的和睡覺的就是個沖突和矛盾啊……這裏麪的心酸就不説了，酒店應該改名為快捷酒店，不是假日酒店！假日酒店基本都是安靜、愜意、舒適的！住在這個裡麪精神緊張，心臟難受，還有喝醉酒鬧事的！！滿大街罵罵咧咧！一直到近三點才行！一樓大廳服務員精氣神差，愛搭不理！不知是不是每晚熬夜熬的，還是前台坐在坑裡影響的，定的時候説六樓基本聽不見聲音。那都是騙人的，K歌在三樓，道路上重型車，拖拉機🚜等行駛能不影響嘛……想多了！！！不適合假日定住。衹適合喝多了，唱累了，不想回了，吃硬了！休息幾個小時！！

PPengguna Tetamu這裡有一些深度遊活動，帶孩子就報名了去雨林徒步的路線，價格蠻合理的，也不貴！大概晚飯的時間出發去到基諾山裡集合分配頭燈手電，嚮導講解一些注意事項後我們就出發了，很有意思，一路上爬山爬樹，看各種昆蟲，而且還是一個很大的植物科研基地很有可玩性，力薦力薦！！老闆親力親為，鼓勵我們參加。極力推薦下次還會選擇

衞生：非常乾淨，路過看見大廳裝飾玲瓏別緻，再去看看房間，簡直是一塵不染的乾淨利落潔凈，當即下訂單，決定第二天就從上一家中規中矩的酒店搬過來
環境：地處星光美食街和星光夜市之間的區域，出行非常方便，地理位置絕佳，卻又巧妙的避開了喧囂，有一種身處鬧市，覓得一隅清凈的感覺。
服務：服務熱情禮貌且有分寸，詳細的介紹，提前温馨預告注意事項，諮詢去哪裡玩都能給到詳細清楚的解答，離開時美麗大方的服務小姐姐陪我等車聊天，幫我搬行李，離開有一種還會再見的感覺，這個酒店給予我的性價比都get到我理想的點位上，沒有一絲遺憾，相信再來版納一定首選這家，我還推薦給了春節要過來的朋友
驚喜1:我是有接觸過家裝設計的工作經歷，喜歡簡單輕奢風格，但生活使用起來方便落地，這個小小的輕奢酒店完全符合，簡單不復雜，每一個收納細節都考慮到，以至於我住了兩天，隨時進屋都是整潔不凌亂的。
驚喜2:餐廳在頂層，竟然有一個游泳池，早餐不算豐富，卻實用啊，牛奶雞蛋，豆漿，粥，主食，現煮米粉麪條，小菜等都能滿足。
驚喜3:這樣的酒店在這個季節還不到200啊，超值了！

亚亚当The BaiMa (White Horse) Hotel is on the 9th floor of a beautifully designed building. It has a tea drinking area at the elevators. The whole hotel, including in the rooms, has pictures of what I think is an expedition race the owner took part in -- but it's not overdone. The location is perfect, right on the center west of the new north-side of downtown JingHong (main tourist area). Right beside the night market. Delicious food found at the restaurants nearby. Corner store (with decent wine) downstairs. Motorcycle and scooter rental down the street in front of the hotel. The best views of the Mekong!
The room was big, spacious, and postmodern (contemporary) in decor -- very comfortable and still having personality, not just a ”white room” as so many hotels are styling themselves as, these days. There is even a small fridge and a full-sized washing machine! The bathtub on the balcony was very romantic. The cost was worth it, compared to more expensive rooms in other hotels.
The staff was beyond helpful, first by allowing me to choose which room I would have, and second, by helping me order flowers and food to my room. They even brought us free chopped fruit. They had cleaned my room during the day when I went out, even changing the bedsheets when they noticed the sheets were dirty.... +++
The only negatives I can think of is that the AC does not make the room cold enough for a spoiled Westerner like me (but most people won't have a problem with that), and the tub on the balcony is still missing it's fixtures. Oh, and the pictures of the racers above the bed was a bit strange. Of course, I wish it was cheaper, but actually the price is probably fair considering the cost of other hotels and how well done this hotel is.
Overall, a beautiful and excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is fairly good, but the street in front is kinda busy and noisy. Also lots of construction is going on around it. It's clean on the surface, but the overall building quality is definitely problematic. Also if you look closer into the corners or the bathroom appliances, it's not really cleaned well. It goes on with stains on the sofa for example.
The bed and pillows are comfortable.
Our room had a colony of ants in it..., which became annoying.
Elevator is another problem. We had a room right next to the elevator and you can hear it at night and in the morning operating. It is noisy in the room and while you're trying to sleep.
The service... is a headache. They are kind and willing to help and try their best, but that's about it. Staff is poorly trained, if at all. You basically need to tell them what they should do. Not refilling the toilet paper for example.
Breakfast.... ”we don't have this, we don't have that” then you need to negotiate with them what they can serve you for breakfast. That was just annoying.
Overall, wouldn't recommend it.
位置相当好，但是前面的街道有点繁忙和嘈杂。它周围也在进行大量的建设。表面看很干净，但整体建筑质量肯定是有问题的。此外，如果你仔细观察角落或浴室用具，你会发现它们并没有真正清洁干净。比如沙发上的污渍。床和枕头很舒服。我们的房间里有一群蚂蚁...，这就变得讨厌了。电梯是另一个问题。我们有一个房间就在电梯旁边，你可以在晚上和早上听到它的声音。房间里很吵，当你想睡觉的时候。服务...就是头疼。他们很善良，愿意帮忙，尽力而为，但也仅此而已。工作人员缺乏培训，如果有的话。你基本上需要告诉他们应该做什么。例如，不补充卫生纸。早餐....“我们没有这个，我们没有那个”然后你需要和他们协商他们早餐能为你提供什么。这真烦人。总的来说，不推荐。

Good range of breakfast choices and very helpful dining room staff. Communicated through messaging and translator app.
Cara Yu the lobby manager was very helpful. Jack Huang in the restaurant explained all the food choices on offer and explained the specials. His English was very good.
Pool area beautiful and the water was clean. Whole area is well maintained and pool staff were helpful and polite.
Did not use the hotel bar but made use of room service, which was prompt.

GGuido MariaLocation is very good: rooms are quiet but close to the Night Market and to an extremely wide choice of restaurants and shops.
The ”River view” rooms, despite being on low floors (3rd and 4th), actually command a very nice view of the Mekong river, due to the elevated position of the building.
Facilities are new and clean.
Swimming pool is not very large but clean and suitable for a pleasant swim.
Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.
The hotel perfectly arranged pick-up from airport.
Besides free airport pick-up, the manager can provide car-with-driver daily rent service at a reasonable price.
He is friendly, willing to give information and tips.
Breakfast has a quite limited choice, but for the price you cannot expect much more...

AAlexanderThe hotel is very big and not that central near the nightmarket than other hotels but that was no issue for us as we wanted to have a quiet night and a big garden to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our nights there. It is obvious that the building and pool area area not the newest anymore but thats ok. We booked executive package and were a little disappointed about the very less of western dishes in the hotel. There were just chinese dishes every evening which we liked but a little bit more variety of international dishes would be more suitable for a hotel in this category. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we liked the shuttle bus to the nightmarket and other attractions in the area. Thank you!

JJb MartinNice and very big hotel but mostly for Chinese tourist and families. Difficult to deal if you are a non chinese speaker as only a few employees speaks good english and very few signs and documents are in english. However we had a nice stay. Garden, rooms and food are quite good.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店在夜市附近，裝修風格適合拍照，房間比較小，沒有櫃子放行李衣服，感覺全放在地上一樣，淋浴間沒有放沐浴露的架子，浴缸在陽台，泡澡要穿着衣服，感覺怪怪的，沒有電視機，投影的效果太差，看瞎我的眼睛，酒店性價比不高，訂兩天才有高鐵站接送，還不如自己打車去訂其他性價比高的酒店，真沒必要住兩晚。

PPengguna Tetamu出來出差的，抱着試試看的態度訂的，沒想到酒店的服務非常的好，酒店位置就在孔雀樓旁邊，打車特別方便。酒店的洗衣房健身房都全天開放，樓頂還有泳池和空中花園，房間裏還有咖啡機，累了還可以喝喝咖啡。早餐也特別豐富，還貼心的送了我漱口水，下次出差還來他們家。
