Wonderful place to stay. Nice staff, good breakfasts, gorgeous backyard, pool, and the area in general. We only wish the pool had heating, since it was simply too cold to swim in at this time. I was really hoping we could enjoy some pool time, but nights here are still quite cool. The rest about this place was amazing.

This villa is located on a reserve. It’s very peaceful and a great place for walking and relaxing at the pool. You can buy food at the local supermarket or enjoy local meals at a restaurant or canteen. Drivers are available to take you around and the infinity pool is available for a fee. The hotel where you check in has a lovely pool and garden. The villa staff happily delivered me to the airport free of charge.

The location is pretty close to the railway station, 20minutes away from it. The hotel staff were very helpful. Room was clean and amenities were good. The pool was great. The view is amazing, very beautiful. The problem was that whole resort has a huge pool but it was under maintenance and I couldn’t enjoy it unfortunately. But beside that all was outstanding. Highly recommending.

If you look for peace and tranquility, this is a right place. There are all necessary amenities to feel comfortable, helpful staff, close to the airport. Rooms are specious, look lavish

Was 'upgraded' to a 1 bedroom villa because our chosen booking was being decorated, but the villa is open downstairs so it is full of insects, dirty and pretty unusable. Plus the view was just of a street and other villas and I really wanted a view. The villa is far from the pool and it takes time to book a shuttle to go anywhere. Would be nice to have food or drinks service by the pool but there is nothing because the main building is used for selling other villas. The pool is only open in the afternoon as well 13:00-20:00 which is when most people would plan to go out and do things. Very few shops and restaurants around. Asked for our rooms cleaned, they took our dirty towels away and didn't replace them, they left too few bottles of water.

Really friendly people. Everything was awesome there. They made me feel very at home and anything I needed they were willing to help

Nice environment and beautiful view

The shuttle bus service phone was busy when we needed it, and the location is far away from the main area. Pool times are 1-8 which is inconvenient if you want to swim in the morning.

The hotel was in a good location right in the middle of the action. It was a little loud at night and the shower did not work properly. For access to the night market area it was excellent.

對於這家所謂的“班納別墅”我就是給予一個“披着別墅外衣、實則山區招待所”品級評價！我們是被他們所謂美麗圖片誆騙去的，我們定的別墅每天3000元，到現在還為我們當時“低智商”選擇後悔！這家所謂象藝墅別墅度假酒店位於景洪市的郊區地帶（比較“西雙班納機場”到景洪市內的距離還遠許多！）。衹要客人入住後想要打車或網約車至少1-2個小時以上才有可能叫到！真正的荒郊野外呀！而且這家所謂酒店屬於承包了這個山區別墅羣中的40餘棟（還有別的承包者），物業管理也不屬於自己的（綠城物業管理），沒有自己酒店的餐廳（而是用公共業主食堂）。更可笑而奇葩的是：1、入住別墅的所有客人每天早餐最多給予4張餐券（每張餐券面值15元；我們在預約這家店的合同裏僅註明送4張早餐券，沒有標註每張早餐券僅15元！否則我們不會選擇這家掛羊頭賣狗肉的不良商家的！）。每天早晨還必須通過所謂“房屋管家”發放給入住別墅裏的客人手裡，經常發生客人在食堂餓餓的等着來發餐券而出現就餐困難情況！（餐券發放不及時或給餐券數目少），我們和另外的浙江客人一家子最長等待了30分鐘才吃上早餐尾聲的慘劇；2、所謂“業主食堂”早餐沒有明碼標價，僅憑着售賣員告知多少錢後，去換餐條才能取餐。由於這家食堂跟承包的別墅酒店沒有隸屬關係，所以食堂打餐的服務人員服務態度極差！我們因為提前幾天到西雙班納的，在景洪市區內都自己吃過當地各種米線，對於價格都很清楚。但在這家食堂裏價格離譜：（牛肉/豬肉米線18/15元，而市面上10/8元，“珍珠”小包子4元等等）。基本上所有在別墅裏住的客人都需要再自費添錢購買，否則連吃飽都成問題！大家看看這麼高的住宿費用！這個早餐標準是個啥玩意吧！客人可憐！商家可恨！3、談談住宿的別墅內部設施吧！一言難盡！基本上我們家人不管多累！也不會在所謂別墅裏洗澡！首先：餐廳的餐枱洗菜盆是堵的！餐廳裏沒有一次性餐具！冰箱冷藏室裏空空盪盪！其次：樓上樓下的衞生間洗漱用具基本都是最低廉的普通招待所用品，牙刷頭掉毛或毛邊，刷牙非常不舒服！一次拖鞋質量太差了！再有衞生間馬桶🚽不僅屬於最普通的，而且還沒有清潔乾淨！房間裏的浴盆我們根本就不敢用！4、這家所謂別墅酒店在網上展示的美好圖片不是他們自己家的！什麼無邊泳池呀！屬於他們承租別墅羣會所的，還不對外開放，衹能仰視遠觀外貌？！5、對於這家所謂“酒店”（衹能説屬於招待所）每天有擺渡車來拉走客人在園區內自由活動，你們客人想多了，客人不等上15-20分鐘才不會接你們的！客人等不及了，可以自己走唄！這家酒店的工作人員僅個把人員，肯定不夠！根本無暇顧及客人要求。總之，這家所謂“度假別墅酒店”是我們認知裏最差的民宿！沒有之一！在民宿標準裏也達不到500元一宿標準！充其量也就300元簡標吧！真是個笑話還敢稱自己為酒店！真夠黑心🖤呀！希望廣大網友和旅遊的朋友們一定擦亮雙眼認清這個無良商家的醜惡嘴臉！別上當！一定用我們雙腳來投票，把這樣的無良奸商踢出我們的視線！

很滿意，特別是管家小夥子人很好，讓我們對西雙版納第一天的印象➕分，別墅區交通不方便，晚上孩子吃葯需要牛奶，一搜外送都要兩三個小時，起送價也高。然後跟管家説了以後他就幫忙給買來送來了，非常感動。推薦大家入住這個酒店！

象藝墅酒店在悦景莊別墅小區裏面，傣風獨棟設計，自然氧吧，環境優美，園區也特別大，出行需要管家接送，酒店有泳池，小孩玩的很開心。小張管家服務很好主動服務性，基本有求必應，是一次非常滿意體驗。

距離市中心十幾裏地的半山別墅區，環境非常優美。房間乾淨，熱水充足。有業主食堂，好吃不貴。酒店有電瓶車隨叫隨到。幾個帥哥服務熱情，有求必應。房間裏沒有電視直播節目，版納很多酒店都沒有，挺奇怪。
