這次版納之行，因為入住了這家酒店，讓我的旅程充滿了驚喜與温暖，尤其要為管家老王點贊！ 從預訂酒店開始，老王就主動聯繫我，細緻入微地詢問我的需求和抵達時間。剛到酒店，就看到老王笑容滿面地在門口迎接，幫我拿行李、辦理入住，效率超高。 在酒店居住的日子裏，老王的服務更是無可挑剔。他像個貼心的老友，不僅為我精心規劃了版納的遊玩路線，推薦了星光夜市最有特色的小吃攤，還幫我提前預訂了曼聽公園的拍照套餐，讓我留下了美美的旅行照片。我不小心在景區遺落了物品，正着急時，老王一邊安慰我，一邊迅速聯繫景區工作人員，最終幫我找回了失物。 因為老王的用心服務，讓我在異鄉也感受到了家的温暖。這家酒店本就環境舒適、設施齊全，再加上老王這樣優秀的管家，簡直是完美！下次來版納，我一定還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！

This is one of those rare cases when you get what is shown in the picture! Great hotel, has everything including a fridge. Smart assistant, smart toilet😀 Great view from the window, which you can admire while lying in the bath. Great location. Everything is great

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the Mekong River—a truly serene and memorable experience, especially during sunrise. The service was absolutely top-notch. A special thank you to 小翠 and 小青, (Xiao Cui, Xiao Qing )who were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always there for us. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, beautifully presented, and with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with exceptional service, a great location, and amazing attention to detail.

Location is very good: rooms are quiet but close to the Night Market and to an extremely wide choice of restaurants and shops. The ”River view” rooms, despite being on low floors (3rd and 4th), actually command a very nice view of the Mekong river, due to the elevated position of the building. Facilities are new and clean. Swimming pool is not very large but clean and suitable for a pleasant swim. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The hotel perfectly arranged pick-up from airport. Besides free airport pick-up, the manager can provide car-with-driver daily rent service at a reasonable price. He is friendly, willing to give information and tips. Breakfast has a quite limited choice, but for the price you cannot expect much more... As mentioned by some other users, the weight-lifting equipment in the gym is out of order. Slight hiccup with pickup from train station (covered as part of the room that I've booked) due to some tech issue with trip.com, nevertheless the hotelier and his team resolved it very professionally when I contacted them directly; kudos to team. Spectacular river view. Suitable for both families and solo travellers who seeks for a quality room, you won't be disappointed.

Location was great, walking distance for many restaurants and highlights of the city itself. Drive to regional highlights such as Wild Elephant Valley and Rain Forest was a breeze at approximately less than an hour for both. Many great food restaurants in the area. Hotel has a photo service that is a nice touch. Breakfast was a bit basic with roughly two choices every day. Hotel was clean and the employees were very helpful for all the requests we had. Beds are large enough for 3 person families and rooms are spacious. Amenities are of quality and well prepared.

The room was pretty clean. The cleaning lady replaced my towels on most days with one exception which was fine as there were other towels which I put in front of the shower. The garbage was emptied daily. The room is bright with light switches are available bedside. 306 has a bath tub in the living room. Who takes a bath in the living room ? The pictures for that room needs to be improved with better description. Rooms with bath tub should be stated as such and room with sofa so the guests won’t get a room with a bath tub in the living room when they expect to have a sofa. Luckily for me that type of room was available. I had room 307 which faces the back of the building and it wasn’t as noisy as the ones facing the street. Those rooms have the problem of hearing the drivers using their horns and by night music from the night market. With the windows close it isn’t bad. One problem which can be improved is the receptionist. I checked in on Jan 12 and checked out Jan 15. There was this lady with glasses and another one on Jan 12 and then mostly I saw the one with glasses. She was there day and night. She wasn’t that helpful nor friendly . Every question was replied but rather unhappily it seemed. She didn’t behave like she likes her job. I even thought about leaving because of her. But on the last day, Jan 15 at 7:30 am when I checked out , a lady with surname Yi was working. She was an angel. She said breakfast is also ready, why don’t you stay and offered which I thought was very nice of her. She smiled a lot and told I felt she was very accommodating and helpful. She was trying to help in every respect and even waited with me a bit for my DiDi. I think she exemplifies good service. I also like the tea as my parting gift. I think that receptionist is an disappointment which isn’t a big problem with better training but other than her, everyone and everything were almost perfect.
