從太陽河森林公園出來，就近找了這家酒店入住。這裏離版納不遠，在版納地域最北的普文鎮上，但傣味已經開始具備了。酒店停車方便，房間也夠大，挺乾淨衞生的。熱水很足，在犀牛坪玩累了洗個熱水澡，舒服。

The Elephant Encounter Forest Homestay (Wild Elephant Valley Branch) was recently opened in 2023, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Jinghong. The hotel is 23km from Yexianggu Railway Station and 42km from Xishuangbanna Gasa International Airport. Seeing Jinghong's sights from this hotel is easy with Asian Elephant Museum, Wild Elephant Valley Ropeway and Wild Elephant Valley Scenic Area Rainforest Theater all close by. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests of this Jinghong hotel can make use of the parking facilities.

二刷西雙版納，上次來野象谷有驚喜，居然看到野象了，這次過來選擇入住了這家靠野象谷的酒店，看評價，都説房東阿姨人特好，很熱情，正如網上説的，阿姨人特好，還給我買了優惠的門票，房間打掃得很乾凈，無線網速很快，熱水是24小時的，房間裏基礎設施設備都有，空調效果很給力，睡得很舒服！

The Jinxi Tea and Cafe Manor was recently opened in 2022, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Jinghong. Yexianggu Railway Station is located approximately 22km away and Xishuangbanna Gasa International Airport around 40km away. This hotel is located near many of Jinghong's attractions including Jinuo Mountain Bapo Butterfly Exploration Rainforest Hiking, Xishuangbanna Jin Pulin Manor and Jino Mountain Rainforest Hiking. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Jinghong hotel features parking on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.

預訂的是茶小院，有一張單人床和大床，服務方面春節期間很熱情的幫忙搬行李，有一對一的服務，附近就是茶地村，是個徒步路線，挺原生態的，可以看日出雲海，日落晚霞。但太原生態了，有老鼠，因為整個是木屋，最後一晚聽到老鼠在爬叉木頭，很嚇人，最後一晚基本沒睡着。。。。早上來了個工作人員看了下，可是已經一晚沒睡著了，希望後面的客户不要再碰到。

PPengguna Tetamu這裡有一些深度遊活動，帶孩子就報名了去雨林徒步的路線，價格蠻合理的，也不貴！大概晚飯的時間出發去到基諾山裡集合分配頭燈手電，嚮導講解一些注意事項後我們就出發了，很有意思，一路上爬山爬樹，看各種昆蟲，而且還是一個很大的植物科研基地很有可玩性，力薦力薦！！老闆親力親為，鼓勵我們參加。極力推薦下次還會選擇

SShuiruoying房間比較小，但是勝在位置優越，距離星光夜市非常近。設施真的好，全屋智能設備，熱水秒出，吹風機戴森的很給力，另外，在8層樓頂就可以看到新年煙花秀。最超預期的是服務真的好，有三個小姐姐還有一個小哥哥，超耐心、超熱情，還騎自己電動車送我們去推薦的餐廳。回程滿房的情況下還推薦並免訂金預留了她們另一家新店，樾公館，那邊房間更大更新也更安靜一些。非常感謝。

亚亚当The BaiMa (White Horse) Hotel is on the 9th floor of a beautifully designed building. It has a tea drinking area at the elevators. The whole hotel, including in the rooms, has pictures of what I think is an expedition race the owner took part in -- but it's not overdone. The location is perfect, right on the center west of the new north-side of downtown JingHong (main tourist area). Right beside the night market. Delicious food found at the restaurants nearby. Corner store (with decent wine) downstairs. Motorcycle and scooter rental down the street in front of the hotel. The best views of the Mekong!
The room was big, spacious, and postmodern (contemporary) in decor -- very comfortable and still having personality, not just a ”white room” as so many hotels are styling themselves as, these days. There is even a small fridge and a full-sized washing machine! The bathtub on the balcony was very romantic. The cost was worth it, compared to more expensive rooms in other hotels.
The staff was beyond helpful, first by allowing me to choose which room I would have, and second, by helping me order flowers and food to my room. They even brought us free chopped fruit. They had cleaned my room during the day when I went out, even changing the bedsheets when they noticed the sheets were dirty.... +++
The only negatives I can think of is that the AC does not make the room cold enough for a spoiled Westerner like me (but most people won't have a problem with that), and the tub on the balcony is still missing it's fixtures. Oh, and the pictures of the racers above the bed was a bit strange. Of course, I wish it was cheaper, but actually the price is probably fair considering the cost of other hotels and how well done this hotel is.
Overall, a beautiful and excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is fairly good, but the street in front is kinda busy and noisy. Also lots of construction is going on around it. It's clean on the surface, but the overall building quality is definitely problematic. Also if you look closer into the corners or the bathroom appliances, it's not really cleaned well. It goes on with stains on the sofa for example.
The bed and pillows are comfortable.
Our room had a colony of ants in it..., which became annoying.
Elevator is another problem. We had a room right next to the elevator and you can hear it at night and in the morning operating. It is noisy in the room and while you're trying to sleep.
The service... is a headache. They are kind and willing to help and try their best, but that's about it. Staff is poorly trained, if at all. You basically need to tell them what they should do. Not refilling the toilet paper for example.
Breakfast.... ”we don't have this, we don't have that” then you need to negotiate with them what they can serve you for breakfast. That was just annoying.
Overall, wouldn't recommend it.

HHuangAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.
尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！
评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

Cara Yu the lobby manager was very helpful. Jack Huang in the restaurant explained all the food choices on offer and explained the specials. His English was very good.
Pool area beautiful and the water was clean. Whole area is well maintained and pool staff were helpful and polite.
Did not use the hotel bar but made use of room service, which was prompt.

GGuido MariaLocation is very good: rooms are quiet but close to the Night Market and to an extremely wide choice of restaurants and shops.
The ”River view” rooms, despite being on low floors (3rd and 4th), actually command a very nice view of the Mekong river, due to the elevated position of the building.
Facilities are new and clean.
Swimming pool is not very large but clean and suitable for a pleasant swim.
Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.
The hotel perfectly arranged pick-up from airport.
Besides free airport pick-up, the manager can provide car-with-driver daily rent service at a reasonable price.
He is friendly, willing to give information and tips.
Breakfast has a quite limited choice, but for the price you cannot expect much more...

AAlexanderThe hotel is very big and not that central near the nightmarket than other hotels but that was no issue for us as we wanted to have a quiet night and a big garden to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our nights there. It is obvious that the building and pool area area not the newest anymore but thats ok. We booked executive package and were a little disappointed about the very less of western dishes in the hotel. There were just chinese dishes every evening which we liked but a little bit more variety of international dishes would be more suitable for a hotel in this category. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we liked the shuttle bus to the nightmarket and other attractions in the area. Thank you!

SStanley The Travel ManThe room was pretty clean. The cleaning lady replaced my towels on most days with one exception which was fine as there were other towels which I put in front of the shower. The garbage was emptied daily. The room is bright with light switches are available bedside. 306 has a bath tub in the living room. Who takes a bath in the living room ?
The pictures for that room needs to be improved with better description. Rooms with bath tub should be stated as such and room with sofa so the guests won’t get a room with a bath tub in the living room when they expect to have a sofa. Luckily for me that type of room was available.
I had room 307 which faces the back of the building and it wasn’t as noisy as the ones facing the street. Those rooms have the problem of hearing the drivers using their horns and by night music from the night market. With the windows close it isn’t bad.
One problem which can be improved is the receptionist. I checked in on Jan 12 and checked out Jan 15. There was this lady with glasses and another one on Jan 12 and then mostly I saw the one with glasses. She was there day and night. She wasn’t that helpful nor friendly . Every question was replied but rather unhappily it seemed. She didn’t behave like she likes her job. I even thought about leaving because of her. But on the last day, Jan 15 at 7:30 am when I checked out , a lady with surname Yi was working. She was an angel. She said breakfast is also ready, why don’t you stay and offered which I thought was very nice of her. She smiled a lot and told I felt she was very accommodating and helpful. She was trying to help in every respect and even waited with me a bit for my DiDi. I think she exemplifies good service.
I also like the tea as my parting gift.
I think that receptionist is an disappointment which isn’t a big problem with better training but other than her, everyone and everything were almost perfect.
