This hotel was good because of Chinese new year ! It was close enough to the night market without being in it ! The room we booked was the cheapest so we didn’t expect much , it had the necessities so we can’t complain although the more expensive rooms do look better and have balconies. The bathroom does need maintenance as our toilet leaked a little but other than that , it was a good pick , the boss was very nice and welcoming!

酒店地理位置絕佳，對面大潤發超市，步行江邊夜市5分鐘，高鐵旅遊專線直達，租車租摩託掃共享單車都方面，在春節高峯住這裏絕佳，內部裝修和圖片一樣。我是連住5天，衞生打掃很及時，房間裝修古樸舒服，應該是某航空公司的定點酒店，每天都有高高美美的航司小哥哥小姐姐入住，非度假酒店早餐一般，但可以步行去吃評價很好的米線，酒店前台有點不好找，不臨街，照片中的門頭已經被亞朵買了，但不影響入住舒適度

意外的驚喜，先給一個大大的五星好評！
位置挨着潑水廣場，雖然不在告莊裡麪，打車去哪都很方便，酒店前面就是潑水廣場，有一些玩樂設施，小朋友充氣床城堡，各種款式電瓶車，我跟孩子還開了躺平車，笑的肚子疼。
酒店很新，設施完備，雖然沒有五星級酒店的奢華，但是對於居家過日子的親子家庭很合適，九層有餐廳健身房洗衣房，尤其是洗衣房，裏面有工作人員幫忙，你衹要寫好房號，早上臟衣放過去，晚上玩回來直接可以取到乾淨衣服了，特別方便，尤其是版納天天下雨，潮濕的不行，自己洗根本晾不幹。服務人員態度好，見面打招呼，外賣可以用機器人送到門口，亞朵的洗漱用品和床品也是説的過去的。min bar 免費喲，周圍很多餐飲店，除了傣味菜少點（集中在告莊），其他的火鍋，東北菜，早點小鋪都很多，邊上還有一個大潤發超市，比北京很多超市都大，人還少，就是説沒有什麼不方便的地方。亞朵自身餐廳我沒去體驗，實在是周邊選擇太多了，晚上有免費的粥+小菜，對於有長者小孩的半夜吃點夜宵，胃很舒服，衹不過天天在外邊吃的飽飽的，衹體驗了一次。
愣要説缺點的話，酒店前面衹有一條小路，不好停車，還有可能快開學了，價格一天比一天低，我退了兩次，就因為又降價了重新定。還有行政雙床酒店説不能合併成大床，最後選擇了陽台大床房，有個陽台吃東西喝茶也很愜意。
以後出行都要考慮亞朵這種酒店了呢😜

空調開到17度是極限了，還是不冷並且一直漏水，用大杯奶茶杯接着。因為空調原因，被子太厚所以睡着很熱，靠潑水廣場附近，過了22點就不太鬧了。廁所和浴室乾濕分離，缺點是洗澡的活動噴頭不能調高度，衹能把水調小，不調小直接沖頭，跟老闆説了也沒用，所幸衹定了兩天，後面換了。介意空調和噴頭的建議換家，價格變動也挺大的，周圍酒店很多，多比對。

就在潑水廣場對面，考慮到潑水節當天交通管制，特意選的這家酒店，非常滿意！有早餐和午餐，還送了潑水節T恤，潑水節當天可以躲在樓上滋水搞偷襲，很好玩！酒店是老牌酒店，設施相對舊了一些，潑水節期間普遍漲價，就地理位置而言，500一晚還是挺不錯的！

PPengguna Tetamu房東小姐姐超温柔漂亮，床特別軟，趴着很舒服。有家的感覺，衞生間也很好看裝飾的，高級感性價比很高，也很適合拍照，坐車方便 樓下有個超市。也很安全，樓下有保安，空調很涼快 所有傢俱還是什麼都好新，還有桌面音響，很新！顏值超高，我還特意搜了一下四位數的價格，太牛了這家民宿，貼心細緻房間收拾的很乾凈。

PPengguna Tetamu地理位置超好，離星光夜市、大金塔也就10分鐘走路，環境衞生也很好，房間都是智能化，浴池都配了一次性沐浴套，酒店有兩個泳池，8樓浴池很有感覺，在告莊這個遍地酒店民宿的地方應該算是比較有特色的了，早餐米線很好吃，大家一定不要錯過，最關鍵的是住的很安靜，雖然周邊比較吵，但是房間真的很安靜，可以睡個好覺，另外工作人員都很熱情！

亚亚当The BaiMa (White Horse) Hotel is on the 9th floor of a beautifully designed building. It has a tea drinking area at the elevators. The whole hotel, including in the rooms, has pictures of what I think is an expedition race the owner took part in -- but it's not overdone. The location is perfect, right on the center west of the new north-side of downtown JingHong (main tourist area). Right beside the night market. Delicious food found at the restaurants nearby. Corner store (with decent wine) downstairs. Motorcycle and scooter rental down the street in front of the hotel. The best views of the Mekong!
The room was big, spacious, and postmodern (contemporary) in decor -- very comfortable and still having personality, not just a ”white room” as so many hotels are styling themselves as, these days. There is even a small fridge and a full-sized washing machine! The bathtub on the balcony was very romantic. The cost was worth it, compared to more expensive rooms in other hotels.
The staff was beyond helpful, first by allowing me to choose which room I would have, and second, by helping me order flowers and food to my room. They even brought us free chopped fruit. They had cleaned my room during the day when I went out, even changing the bedsheets when they noticed the sheets were dirty.... +++
The only negatives I can think of is that the AC does not make the room cold enough for a spoiled Westerner like me (but most people won't have a problem with that), and the tub on the balcony is still missing it's fixtures. Oh, and the pictures of the racers above the bed was a bit strange. Of course, I wish it was cheaper, but actually the price is probably fair considering the cost of other hotels and how well done this hotel is.
Overall, a beautiful and excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it.

PPengguna TetamuWe could not say enough nice things about this hotel. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing 10 days which was just what was required after a busy semester at work. The two young ladies and one young man at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind (I only know two of their names, Xiao Luo and Xiao Xiang). They were not over bearing and in our faces ever. They were able to help us with every request we asked for when we wanted or needed something. Having a language barrier was never a problem and they were so attentive to our needs via wechat. They were prepared to help with a driver to any sightseeing you wanted to do. There’s great restaurants and things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel too. The cleaning staff were very pleasant from the lady around the pool to the lady cleaning our room. Breakfast had two options, noodles or rice congee, it was always served with a great number of side dishes, more than enough choice from cereal, eggs, bread, as well as milk, a number of freshly prepared vegetables. Due to the great breakfast we rarely ate lunch. You just didn’t need to. We rescued a dog while in Xishuangbanna which the reception staff were really helpful with some of the things we needed to do with the dog! We have stayed in many hotels around the world and Lying Cloud was definitely a highlight. Great location, clean and modern room with good amenities, wonderful front desk staff, clean and well maintained pool and outdoor area at a very, very reasonable price. This hotel came recommended to us via a colleague and we would highly recommend it to other foreigners and Chinese friends too!

CChris HauptAbsolutely fantastic experience. The room was incredibly high-tech with face-unlock doors, a projector for watching movies, automatic blinds and a toilet straight out of a spaceship. There was even a comprehensive clothes washing service that meant we would come back to our room to find everything dry and neatly hung up. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of mainland dishes as well as a few local dishes. Every single member of staff was willing to go to great lengths to help us regardless of the request. One evening after myself and my partner were injured in an ebike accident (be careful on those roads!) I was badly grazed in several places, showed up to the hotel covered in blood and dust. One member of staff dived behind the counter and produced a box of antiseptic swabs and plasters. Realising these wouldn't be enough for the size of the wounds he escorted us to a walk-in centre using the hotel transport shuttles and accompanied us inside. After being turned away (they didn't treat injuries) the hotel shuttle drove us to a pharmacy and waited outside while we were talked through the available options (bandages, disinfectants etc) all the while telling us personal stories of e-bike related misfortune. That's just one of many examples of outstanding service, truly impressed.

Cara Yu the lobby manager was very helpful. Jack Huang in the restaurant explained all the food choices on offer and explained the specials. His English was very good.
Pool area beautiful and the water was clean. Whole area is well maintained and pool staff were helpful and polite.
Did not use the hotel bar but made use of room service, which was prompt.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe check in was smooth. Having booked a club room meant breakfast was a quieter experience and we had somewhere other than our room to chill out in if we wanted. Anthony was great because he spoke excellent English (a female colleague also offered lots of help in English but I'm sorry I didn't take her name) The rooms were always clean, the bed very comfortable and a good bath to relax in after busy days exploring. The balcony was good but our room didn't get any direct sunshine so was a little chilly. The hot springs was really relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed! It would be better to have some information in the room about times, locations, amenities etc as we had to ask about shuttle bus services, etc etc. The lounge needed more staff at peak times but we did stay during a peak season...

TTheAngaritasWe booked two rooms in the hotel. One for my children and one for us as a couple. We loved both rooms. The location is suitable and distance friendly to most attractions and the staff members go beyond the normal service to make you feel at home. Adora from the front desk was extremely helpful and caring towards us. She sent us a list of children a activities in the hotel and helped us when feeling sick sending us a basket of fruit and some porridge. She even met us the day we left go give us a present from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious offering many options and the rooms very spacious and clean.
Thank you Adora and Intercontinental hotel - xishuanbanna is beautiful and the hotel is the perfect combination to this trip.

JJEN_老师This was an amazing stay! We checked out early from a different hotel that was a terrible stay, but staying here made the whole trip amazing!
The check-in staff was so sweet, accommodating, and friendly! They quickly brought anything we needed (extra towels, blankets, and slippers) and were very kind.
We also hired a driver for the day, through the hotel (“Mr Zhang” 😍) who was maybe the BEST part of the trip! He took us all over, got us discounts on activities and was a tour guide for them as well! He went above and beyond and we absolutely loved our time with him!
The room was comfortable for 3 people, and had “xiao du” to help with lights and curtains, and honestly provided great entertainment as well.
The location is amazing with food and shops nearby, a spa on the floor below it, and a small grocery/store on the first floor that had all the essentials. It is also very close to the Starlight Night Market, and was exactly where we wanted to be for that.
Breakfasts were wonderful, and they allowed us a late check out and stored our luggage at reception for about an hour before our taxi to the train station.
The only thing that would make the stay even better would be if the very fancy room had some sort of closure to the bathroom. 😂 We managed, and may be slightly closer friends because of it, but it would be nice…
But seriously, the whole stay was amazing and we love love loved them! Will for sure stay here again when we return to Xishuangbanna! 10/5!
