酒店地理位置絕佳，對面大潤發超市，步行江邊夜市5分鐘，高鐵旅遊專線直達，租車租摩託掃共享單車都方面，在春節高峯住這裏絕佳，內部裝修和圖片一樣。我是連住5天，衞生打掃很及時，房間裝修古樸舒服，應該是某航空公司的定點酒店，每天都有高高美美的航司小哥哥小姐姐入住，非度假酒店早餐一般，但可以步行去吃評價很好的米線，酒店前台有點不好找，不臨街，照片中的門頭已經被亞朵買了，但不影響入住舒適度

位置挨着潑水廣場，雖然不在告莊裡麪，打車去哪都很方便，酒店前面就是潑水廣場，有一些玩樂設施，小朋友充氣床城堡，各種款式電瓶車，我跟孩子還開了躺平車，笑的肚子疼。
酒店很新，設施完備，雖然沒有五星級酒店的奢華，但是對於居家過日子的親子家庭很合適，九層有餐廳健身房洗衣房，尤其是洗衣房，裏面有工作人員幫忙，你衹要寫好房號，早上臟衣放過去，晚上玩回來直接可以取到乾淨衣服了，特別方便，尤其是版納天天下雨，潮濕的不行，自己洗根本晾不幹。服務人員態度好，見面打招呼，外賣可以用機器人送到門口，亞朵的洗漱用品和床品也是説的過去的。min bar 免費喲，周圍很多餐飲店，除了傣味菜少點（集中在告莊），其他的火鍋，東北菜，早點小鋪都很多，邊上還有一個大潤發超市，比北京很多超市都大，人還少，就是説沒有什麼不方便的地方。亞朵自身餐廳我沒去體驗，實在是周邊選擇太多了，晚上有免費的粥+小菜，對於有長者小孩的半夜吃點夜宵，胃很舒服，衹不過天天在外邊吃的飽飽的，衹體驗了一次。
愣要説缺點的話，酒店前面衹有一條小路，不好停車，還有可能快開學了，價格一天比一天低，我退了兩次，就因為又降價了重新定。還有行政雙床酒店説不能合併成大床，最後選擇了陽台大床房，有個陽台吃東西喝茶也很愜意。
以後出行都要考慮亞朵這種酒店了呢😜

老闆娘當地人，熱情好客，一來就幫我們買了優惠的門票，比景區便宜好多，幫我們節省了時間，給我推薦當地的遊玩攻略，我們玩的很開心。房間很大，衞生很乾凈，床也很大，牙刷拖鞋都是一次性的，門口有免費的停車位，門口有很多飯店，離江邊夜市幾分鐘，第二天我們出去遊玩了，老闆娘還主動給我們收拾了房間，特別細心，臨走的時候給我們送了當地的茶葉，特別暖心，以後還去版納住她家。

就在潑水廣場對面，考慮到潑水節當天交通管制，特意選的這家酒店，非常滿意！有早餐和午餐，還送了潑水節T恤，潑水節當天可以躲在樓上滋水搞偷襲，很好玩！酒店是老牌酒店，設施相對舊了一些，潑水節期間普遍漲價，就地理位置而言，500一晚還是挺不錯的！

PPengguna Tetamu這裡有一些深度遊活動，帶孩子就報名了去雨林徒步的路線，價格蠻合理的，也不貴！大概晚飯的時間出發去到基諾山裡集合分配頭燈手電，嚮導講解一些注意事項後我們就出發了，很有意思，一路上爬山爬樹，看各種昆蟲，而且還是一個很大的植物科研基地很有可玩性，力薦力薦！！老闆親力親為，鼓勵我們參加。極力推薦下次還會選擇

PPengguna Tetamu地理位置超好，離星光夜市、大金塔也就10分鐘走路，環境衞生也很好，房間都是智能化，浴池都配了一次性沐浴套，酒店有兩個泳池，8樓浴池很有感覺，在告莊這個遍地酒店民宿的地方應該算是比較有特色的了，早餐米線很好吃，大家一定不要錯過，最關鍵的是住的很安靜，雖然周邊比較吵，但是房間真的很安靜，可以睡個好覺，另外工作人員都很熱情！

亚亚当The BaiMa (White Horse) Hotel is on the 9th floor of a beautifully designed building. It has a tea drinking area at the elevators. The whole hotel, including in the rooms, has pictures of what I think is an expedition race the owner took part in -- but it's not overdone. The location is perfect, right on the center west of the new north-side of downtown JingHong (main tourist area). Right beside the night market. Delicious food found at the restaurants nearby. Corner store (with decent wine) downstairs. Motorcycle and scooter rental down the street in front of the hotel. The best views of the Mekong!
The room was big, spacious, and postmodern (contemporary) in decor -- very comfortable and still having personality, not just a ”white room” as so many hotels are styling themselves as, these days. There is even a small fridge and a full-sized washing machine! The bathtub on the balcony was very romantic. The cost was worth it, compared to more expensive rooms in other hotels.
The staff was beyond helpful, first by allowing me to choose which room I would have, and second, by helping me order flowers and food to my room. They even brought us free chopped fruit. They had cleaned my room during the day when I went out, even changing the bedsheets when they noticed the sheets were dirty.... +++
The only negatives I can think of is that the AC does not make the room cold enough for a spoiled Westerner like me (but most people won't have a problem with that), and the tub on the balcony is still missing it's fixtures. Oh, and the pictures of the racers above the bed was a bit strange. Of course, I wish it was cheaper, but actually the price is probably fair considering the cost of other hotels and how well done this hotel is.
Overall, a beautiful and excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is fairly good, but the street in front is kinda busy and noisy. Also lots of construction is going on around it. It's clean on the surface, but the overall building quality is definitely problematic. Also if you look closer into the corners or the bathroom appliances, it's not really cleaned well. It goes on with stains on the sofa for example.
The bed and pillows are comfortable.
Our room had a colony of ants in it..., which became annoying.
Elevator is another problem. We had a room right next to the elevator and you can hear it at night and in the morning operating. It is noisy in the room and while you're trying to sleep.
The service... is a headache. They are kind and willing to help and try their best, but that's about it. Staff is poorly trained, if at all. You basically need to tell them what they should do. Not refilling the toilet paper for example.
Breakfast.... ”we don't have this, we don't have that” then you need to negotiate with them what they can serve you for breakfast. That was just annoying.
Overall, wouldn't recommend it.
位置相当好，但是前面的街道有点繁忙和嘈杂。它周围也在进行大量的建设。表面看很干净，但整体建筑质量肯定是有问题的。此外，如果你仔细观察角落或浴室用具，你会发现它们并没有真正清洁干净。比如沙发上的污渍。床和枕头很舒服。我们的房间里有一群蚂蚁...，这就变得讨厌了。电梯是另一个问题。我们有一个房间就在电梯旁边，你可以在晚上和早上听到它的声音。房间里很吵，当你想睡觉的时候。服务...就是头疼。他们很善良，愿意帮忙，尽力而为，但也仅此而已。工作人员缺乏培训，如果有的话。你基本上需要告诉他们应该做什么。例如，不补充卫生纸。早餐....“我们没有这个，我们没有那个”然后你需要和他们协商他们早餐能为你提供什么。这真烦人。总的来说，不推荐。

We loved the space around the pool, breakfast was good, the rooms were lovely, very clean and our Butler Heng went out of his way to do everything I asked, even found us a driver who spoke a little English. Noone in the hotel spoke English but with the translation app it was no problem. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Xishuangbanna.

Good range of breakfast choices and very helpful dining room staff. Communicated through messaging and translator app.
Cara Yu the lobby manager was very helpful. Jack Huang in the restaurant explained all the food choices on offer and explained the specials. His English was very good.
Pool area beautiful and the water was clean. Whole area is well maintained and pool staff were helpful and polite.
Did not use the hotel bar but made use of room service, which was prompt.

RRahel20The hotel is located a bit out of Xishuangbanna but surrounded by nature. Very helpful and nice stuff. There is a shuttle bus for different attractions like the night market to use for free. Also air port shuttle is provided.
Unfortenately the outdoor pool was not usable as they were cleaning it while being here but there is an indoor pool and a gym to use. The breakfast was good. We‘ve booked the executive package which was a bit disappointing as the main food contained of Chinese dishes and barely Western food as we thought might be different in such an international hotel of this category. The hotel seems a bit old but that didn‘t bother us.

ZZarza TravelsAn exotic feeling hotel, with some beautiful spaces to take pictures (which seems to be the main activity - sadly - for travellers in Xishuangbanna). I stayed here for 4 nights, check-in was fairly smooth, although a cheeky comment about whether the gym was part of my normal routine or not, was not hugely appreciated. A very large hotel, quite dated, but with spacious rooms. My room had a comfortable large bed, a huge bath (the plug didn't work - but they did fix this promptly) and a lovely balcony area. Unfortunately, there were so many palm trees outside of my room it blocked a lot of the natural light, so the room was always quite dark - 21st century problems 🤣 I loved how the aircon automatically turned off when the doors opened - helping the environment 😊 I did not have breakfast any day as I was up and out early, and with limited vegetarian options I ate only once in their Chinese restaurant - where the chef prepared a special meal for my dietary requirements. The bar area, well, wasn't a bar, but the lobby lounge was a wonderful space and their iced coffee was a real treat each day! The children's pool was closed for maintenance but the indoor pool was available. Location was good, I was able to travel to everywhere quite simply using DiDi (although they will not take people to the Botanical Gardens). A particular thank you to Lee, who offered excellent help in English when I was unable to get any transport. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a good base for exploring Xishuangbanna 🌴 ☀️

The check-in staff was so sweet, accommodating, and friendly! They quickly brought anything we needed (extra towels, blankets, and slippers) and were very kind.
We also hired a driver for the day, through the hotel (“Mr Zhang” 😍) who was maybe the BEST part of the trip! He took us all over, got us discounts on activities and was a tour guide for them as well! He went above and beyond and we absolutely loved our time with him!
The room was comfortable for 3 people, and had “xiao du” to help with lights and curtains, and honestly provided great entertainment as well.
The location is amazing with food and shops nearby, a spa on the floor below it, and a small grocery/store on the first floor that had all the essentials. It is also very close to the Starlight Night Market, and was exactly where we wanted to be for that.
Breakfasts were wonderful, and they allowed us a late check out and stored our luggage at reception for about an hour before our taxi to the train station.
The only thing that would make the stay even better would be if the very fancy room had some sort of closure to the bathroom. 😂 We managed, and may be slightly closer friends because of it, but it would be nice…
But seriously, the whole stay was amazing and we love love loved them! Will for sure stay here again when we return to Xishuangbanna! 10/5!

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店在夜市附近，裝修風格適合拍照，房間比較小，沒有櫃子放行李衣服，感覺全放在地上一樣，淋浴間沒有放沐浴露的架子，浴缸在陽台，泡澡要穿着衣服，感覺怪怪的，沒有電視機，投影的效果太差，看瞎我的眼睛，酒店性價比不高，訂兩天才有高鐵站接送，還不如自己打車去訂其他性價比高的酒店，真沒必要住兩晚。
