Hampton by Hilton Jining Grand Canal

I recently stayed at the Hamptons by Hilton Jining Canal Park and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives, there were also a few notable drawbacks that impacted my stay. Positives: 1. Staff: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay more pleasant. 2. Amenities:The hotel offers a good range of amenities, including, a well-equipped gym, and free Wi-Fi. These added value to the experience. 3. Breakfast:The breakfast spread was excellent! There was a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes, and everything tasted great. It was definitely a highlight of my stay. Negatives: 1. Location:The hotel is located in a rural area, quite far from the city center. This made it inconvenient to explore local attractions or dine out. 2. Air Conditioning: The AC in my room didn’t work properly. Despite having the settings on the coldest option, it only blew out warm air. This made sleeping uncomfortable, especially during the night. Overall, the hotel has its strengths, particularly in terms of service and amenities, but the location and AC issues were significant downsides. If you don’t mind being far from the city and can ensure the AC is fixed, it could be a decent stay.

I arrived quite late and nothing to eat nearby but the staff was so kind,they proposed me to order online and my meal was delivered at my door,I even had some nice and good fruits and pastries from staff! They arranged taxi and my lunch too! Breakfast is very good with large choice of western and Chinese meals (the vegetables selection is wide) Go there for sure

南京回北京途徑濟寧機緣巧合訂了這家希爾頓歡朋，真的是超出預期，看到我們帶着兩個 小朋友 還免費升級了親子主題房，前台小哥也是沒話説熱情周到，早餐也是非常豐盛，還送給孩子不同顏色的氣球🎈玩，臨走前有位前台美女小姐姐也是貼心送上小餅乾禮包，如果下次來我還來大運河希爾頓歡朋，真心不錯！👍給酒店所有工作人員拜年了，新年快樂🎉

入住體驗很好，免費給升級了房間，前台美眉態度很親切，房間整潔衞生，特別滿意床單被褥很乾凈，睡着安心！房間也温暖，沒有噪音！其實最值得的就是希爾頓的自助早餐，特別豐盛，中餐西餐，冷飲熱飲，甜點水果種類頗多，照顧了不同人的需求，孩子很喜歡，性價比真的很高！超值，下次有機會還要入住希爾頓歡朋！

房間有浴缸 但熱水不行 連泡澡的最低水温都達不到 淋浴水温也很低 房間下水道反味嚴重 大年初一早餐水餃是冰涼的 大年初二蒸包是冰涼的 提出問題後酒店工作人員態度還是很積極的 希望之後的旅客不要有這樣的不適

環境不錯，早餐也可以，房間也很大，就是有個問題，床的被單被罩會掉毛屑，整的桌子還有個人用品上都是白色的小毛毛，很影響體驗，希望店家注意到這個問題
