Indigo creates a unique experience. Love the rooms and decor. The bathrooms were huge and clean.

The hotel itself is nice, but what really makes this place stand out is the amazing service! One of the managers- Peter- looked after us exceptionally well and took care of every detail. I think he was awake at 2am and then 5am on several days to make sure we had arrived ok in Chengdu before our transfer to Jiuzhaigou. His recommendations were excellent, and guided us to a beautiful park that was “off the beaten track” where we spent a lovely day avoiding the masses of tourists at Jiuzhaigou. More than the hotel itself, I would recommend Peter, who made sure our vacation was a success!

Excellent experience - the rooms are clean, wonderful food (tomato beef hotpot and chicken hotpot), amazing decorations, great organisation of the activities (we did the paper inking and traditional clothing photo shoot), the staff member named Summer added me on WeChat the day before check in and helped me with the organisation of different activities and patiently answered all my questions. The photographer was professional and helped us posed. Wonderful experience

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Indigo JIUZHAI, and the highlight was definitely the dinner at their lovely restaurant. The chicken hot pot was absolutely delicious—flavorful and hearty, perfect after a day of exploring. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo JIUZHAI for both its comfortable accommodations and fantastic dining experience!

A top 5 star hotel well decorated and very new! Restaurant food was delicious! Room is huge and has all the amenities required. They even assigned a butler who helped me on daily needs during the stay. The package included 2 tickets to the museum which introduces the culture of different tribes of the region.
