民宿靠近溝口，步行景區門口15分鐘左右，很熱鬧，附近有很多飯店。樓層不高，房間蠻大的，還有浴缸，進店送了2個蘋果。投屏一般，不是很清晰。有小度智能管家，智能馬桶，有頂噴，就是熱水要開一會才熱，估計是山上吧。有自助的咖啡和茶，有桌球、遊戲房、自助洗衣房，一樓是餐廳。前台小姐姐很親切，進出都會和你打招呼，走的時候還送了兩個掛件。有送的一次藏服體驗，但因為藏服老闆態度不耐煩，我們出來玩不想看人臉色就不想體驗了。除了這人，其他所有的服務人員都很好，很熱情很親切。

We had an excellent stay. First is the location, we took the bus from Huanglongjiuzhai station and dropped off at Pengfeng station, and the hotel is in opposite side so that we only need to cross the road. It is also not far from the scenic area, only about 10min of walking (we chose to walk because of the traffic jam near the entrance of the scenic area). There are a lot of restaurants and store nearby and on the other sides of the river. About the room, although it is a bit small but very smart and modern. The smart toilet with headed seat is a plus. The hotel is very clean and it has free laundry service and free milk tea. Not to mention the great attitude service of the front desk. They are very supportive and answer all my requests. We forgot the trolley on the bus and they even helped to call the driver to bring it back. Overall, 5/5 rating. Thank you very much.

hotel is good but don't ask the hotel to book the ride for you because the staff didn't screen the driver for you at all... I've asked the hotel to book the ride for me from Hotel to Songpan. I thought if the hotel manage for me, it would be safe! but I was wrong!! becase I didn't realize that the driver I got is trying to sell the Chinese herbs to me. When we were on the way, the driver stoped by at one private place and tried to sell the herbs to us. I felt uncomfortable. Finally, I decided to pay 140 RMB for a very small amount of herbs and asked him to send us to Songpan. 酒店应该选择与他们一起工作的人。这家豪华酒店 还应该为顾客选择其他可靠的服务。 远方来的顾客感到害怕和不舒服。

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels.
