Hotel staff is very friendly. We tell them ahead of time when we want to go to Jiuzhaigou and when we want to leave for the bus stop. They will schedule you in and pick you up and drop you off. That is very convenient as the hotel is not super close to Jiuzhaigou. Con: I did not like the disposable towels. I much prefer just regular towels. Having one key card is not very convenient for us since we have 3 adults.

酒店服務超級棒，有免費接送服務 晚上到了直接聯繫酒店 馬上安排車來接 ，早上是8點半到9點的車到九寨溝景區 ，我們起的晚 ，10點半了才起來 ，酒店司機黃師傅也很熱心的單獨送了我們去景區門口 ，酒店這邊還會在入住之前提前開好空調 本來很擔心冷的 ，結果空調效果很好 熱得不行 。熱水也很熱，還有免費的一次性浴巾毛巾 自己帶的都沒用上 。酒店是新開的 ，環境跟衞生服務都做的特別好 ，性價比超高 推薦各位來住 很舒適的一次住宿。 沒有拍照的習慣 就附帶三張遊客照吧

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful! They helped arranged transportation to and fro the tran station. Even introduced a not so well known but gorgeous site of 神仙池 Hotel has a viewing deck with amazing views of the mountain. Well kept and nicely decorated Zhang style building Good local food around the hotel . Also cute cats to play with
