Hotel berhampiran Hanuman Ki Pyau{Magara}, Jodhpur

I was very impressed with hotel. Decor, rooms etc. What impressed me was the staff there. In reception and restaurant. Very cooperative and polite. For example I made complaint of their ac which was too cold and remote of it never worked. But the reception and ac staff found some solution and managed to reduce cold. Same with restaurant staff, we stayed for a week, and they never refused us anything. Ajay Shetty Room 506 Sept 18-27

This is the second time I have enjoyed staying at Jee Ri Haveli. Hi***shu and his family were lovely hosts. The Haveli is outside of the old town but the views of the fort from the rooms and rooftop restaurant are spectacular. You are within easy walking distance of everything including the excellent Sardar Market. The rooms are comfortable but not ***y luxuries but this doesn't matter as the beds are comfortable and hot water in the shower!! The food in the restaurant is excellent as well accompanied by the aforementioned view - see photo . They can arrange cars etc for arrival and departure if needed. Hi***shu took us on a wonderful walk through the old town - the blue city- and took us to visit the Jaswant Thada mausoleum and the superb Mehrangarh Fort. We really enjoyed this as he took us to places we never would have discovered on our own , we saw some wonderful murals and we ate the most delicious local sweets and found out the next day we made the local paper! Highly recommended and I would very happily stay here again.

도미토리 치고는 가격대가 있다고 생각했지만, 최대 4인 숙소였기 때문에 동행자가 많다면 괜찮은 선택일것 같습니다. 그게아니라면 굳이 도미토리보다는 싱글룸, 더블룸이 좋은 선택일것 같아요. 대표적으로 가볼만한 곳인 특이한 양식의 우물, 시계탑, 메랑가르 포르, 파체티아 힐, 김모한 식당 등 걸어서 최대 20분정도? 거리 였습니다. 워낙 성곽주변에 저렴한 숙소들이 많긴 하지만 이곳도 매력있는 숙소입니다.(숙소 문만 사진찍고 침대를 못찍음ㅠㅠ 이층침대 두개가 벽면에 길게 붙어있고, 화장실 한개가 있었습니다. 따뜻한 물은 엄청 잘 나왔고 에어컨도 빵빵하니 잘나옴, 둘이 사용해서 널널했지만 넷이 사용하면 조금 좁을 수도 있겠다고 느낌)

the ancient temple (300 years old) was very interesting. the food was decent; we ate breakfast two days. the call to prayer at the crack of dawn is EXTREMELY LOUD right outside the hotel so beware of that. However, a STRONG caution: one of the front desk staff tried to take us out of the hotel to scam us. we wanted to go to the stepwell nearby and this boy insisted on taking us there. I didn’t know why at the time, I thought maybe he wanted to go too. We found out that he was trying to take us to a textiles shop for a commission. This is a common scam in India — drivers or guides will take you to “their friend’s” shop “just to look, no pressure to buy” but you should know that this is ILLEGAL in India, as they make a commission on anything you buy. When we tried to go into a different shop on the way (for our own interest) he tried to prevent us from entering the shop (because he would not receive a commission from this shop) and he further bullied the shop owner to “make it short, woman” so that we would not linger there long. The tourism police showed up and that’s when we realized what was going on. He paid off the policeman while we were in the shop and then waited for us to come out, and again tried to lead us into his friend’s shop. We shook him off and continued onto the stepwell on our own. Yes this is a beautiful hotel on account of the temple it is connected to, but the hotel staff are actively trying to take guests to scam them. So, I would not recommend this hotel overall based on that experience.

FANTASTIC HOTEL To start, the staff here is incredible. Every team member is not only available when you need them but also exceptionally polite, kind, and professional. I can’t praise them enough. Regarding some complaints about noise—if you’re sensitive to it, you might want to reconsider traveling to places like India, or perhaps stay in a remote desert resort. Yes, the call to prayer happens, and it’s actually a beautiful moment to witness. It lasts just a few minutes, and the windows are quite soundproof, so the noise is hardly noticeable. Some of the negative reviews seem unfair and come from people who may simply enjoy complaining. India, or similar destinations, might not be the best fit for them. The food was excellent, particularly breakfast, and the attention to detail throughout the resort is amazing. The staff even accommodated me with a late checkout, which was incredibly helpful. As for the location, it’s perfectly situated near all the sights, and staying in the Old City adds a unique touch to the experience. I also recommend visiting the local café and INDIGO restaurant for some great non-veg (or veg) food. I had a great and comfortable stay here and would gladly return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Hospitality service was far better than expected. Staff behaviour was professional and polite. Room was as per std. As in photos and spacious, hygiene and roof top view was very mesmerizing as this hotel is situated on foothills of mehrangarh fort, night light view of city visible from rooftop as it is very near to fort. This hotel is at walking distance from the famous ghantaghar of jodhpur ( clock tower) and turji ka jhalara ( step well). Food was good. And check in- out was hassle-free. Recommended for solo and couple travelers

Une char***te Haveli au cœur des ruelles de la vieille ville, accessible uniquement en tuk-tuk, du coup plus calme car loin du vacarme des quartiers marchands et de la grosse circulation, une chambre très confortable, très propre (ce qui n est pas toujours évident en Inde), une jolie décoration et le personnel gentil, agréable et discret. Les repas sont bons aussi et préparés à la com***de garantie de fraîcheur. Situé à quelques pas du bazar et de ses échoppes extraordinaires, à quelques pas aussi du fort, et une vue du toit terrasse exceptionnelle. J y retournerai avec grand plaisir.
