Fabulous resort with Excellent service. Mr. Jitendra and his staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The food was excellent and the pool was nice to cool off in. The grounds were palatial and a big screen to watch the world cup cricket in the nights. Go Aussies!

Would like to appreciate all staffs in the hotel. All were supportive and cooperative. Would rate very excellent for their servicing and food. Would recommend to stay here whenever travelling to Jodhpur. The price of the stay and food are reasonable and rooms are royal look

Horrible is an understatement. Can you imagine a 4 star hotel without hot water in the washrooms and mosquitoes flying around in the rooms. Yes, thats M***gadh Resort and Spa for you. Service - Pathetic (unprofessional staff, impolite and irresponsible.) We stayed at 703 and 704 room numbers on 27.03.2024 to 29.03.2024 (2 nights). We complained about the hot water issue at 4 pm on 27.03.2024 before we stepped out of the hotel. When we arrived at 9 pm, the issue was not even addressed or attended to. After we checked the status the person came after a long time and was working till 11 pm (still issue was not resolved). The hotel staff asks do you need water now - as if the problem is not in the hotel but the problem is with us that we are asking for hot water. After paying 7,000 a night per room the hotel cant provide hot water, clean water in swimming pool and decent quality wifi; its a shame. To resolve the issue of hot water, the hotel staff showed us sympathy and change of room was provided. The new rooms had other issues - Fridge was not working and telephone was also not working; they took again 2 hours to repair them. So basically we were the Genie Pigs to let the hotel know the faults in their rooms. To sum it up, I deeply regret booking the hotel. The hotel rooms are very old and does not look like the owners/***agement are interested in upkeep and improvement.

Ordinary resort, looks from outside like a palace butt disappointed with the facilities in the room. Looks like Ordinary bathroom and the items provided inside, like toiletries and towels, which are of cheap quality. Property is too big and service staff are less in numbers

Superb resort ,awesome food,excellent service by mr.jitendra sinh and whole staff.resort is so grand that i had never imagined.felt like royalty and was treated like one.resort is a palace so clean,so royal,just like a wow.best family vacation and stay.musical evenings are cherry at the top.best thing which i never found in any resort is that the in house handicraft store was v reasonable in price.i did loads of shopping there only right from the warm shawls,bangles,sarees.i m yearning to go there again.

We booked this property for two days for more than 43 families. It was a school reunion. Had a really great time. The hospitality was top notch. The food was amazing, the buffet breakfast was so delicious. The entire team was cooperative and loved every bit of the property. Kudos to the team.

So we stayed at M***garh Resort for 2 days in last week of October and it was one of the best experiences ever. Property was good but the staff and ***agement was exceptional. We asked for early checkin for 8am and they informed my booked Room type isn’t ready yet but they can accommodate us temporarily in one of the basic rooms and I was beyond delighted with the hospitality they have shown. Also their food and dishes were mind blowing, I have had the best paneer tikka here at par with what we get in North India. So 5 star for food. Ps- The staff member even clicked pictures for us whilst we were on property tour.

Best property for a leisure stay experience. The property is huge, providing you in-house food, spa, pool, games and every service that you can think off. Loved the ambience, and majorly the friendly nature of the staff. They hosted us really well, and the food was - exceptional ❤️ Thankyou to the M***garh resort team, and Jitendar ji for the amazing experience.

This is one gorgeous resort! The rooms are well appointed, very spacious & clean. A lot of love & care has gone into the design of everything there and you can see it. The staff was very polite and friendly. Mr. Jitendra, the ***ager, handled everything superbly and we felt well taken care of. Beautiful pool and absolutely delicious spread at all the meals that we ate there. We would love to visit again for sure!
