Waited 45 minutes after check in times for a room. All coffee and hot water pots were empty and never filled as advertised available 24 hours. No towels in pool area. Loud, kids running through the halls. Guests screaming at each other creating a hostile environment. Tiny tv. What else?? Don’t go! Much better quality hotels in the area👎

We really loved the rustic decor, making it feel less like a hospital and more homey. The staff was all friendly and polite. Breakfast was above average and the pool and hot tub were two of the cleanest hotel facilities I’ve encountered.

Hotel is a bit worn. Scratches on furniture, dusty carpets, broken mirror, soap scum in bathroom. Bed was ok. Noise of children was very loud.

They have a great bar with drinks and food that is good. The room was perfect and price was great! The free breakfast was amazing!

This hotel is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable (except the straight bar shower curtain rod) and the hotel bar and bartender were great. I have been here before and will be back again

Our room seemed to be falling apart. Wall paper falling off the wall. Tile broken in several places. There were no cups for coffee. No liners available for the ice bucket… and a 1/3 of a roll toilet paper. We had the room reserved for 2 nights and our keys stopped working after the first night.
The breakfast was good. But will not return.

Overnight winter getaway for an older couple, splurged on a room with a fireplace and a whirlpool bath. Very relaxing and comfortable. One of the chairs in the room was in terrible condition, worn out years ago. The rustic atmosphere throughout the hotel was very well done. Excellent breakfast.

There were bugs by the hot tub, hot tub was still dirty inside, staff was not at desk to help and when she did come back she was sarcastic and rude
