First time staying at this hotel, the hotel location super convenience at the heart of Mount Austin and customer service wise is very good but the room is not up to the standard because no facial tissue, no disposable room slipper, no sanitary bag and I found stains on their towel. My boyfriend say the bed is soft and nice to sleep but abit disappointed on the cleanliness and toiletries guess I won’t be booking this hotel next round. Upon checkout the receptionist only told me that we need to request for facial tissue and they will only provide.

My first time staying here. The first is the receptionist who smiles and is friendly when she is asked. She gave good answers, gave good advice, very good service. I really liked it. The room was clean. But it's stuck in that area, a bit far from the Chinese restaurant. But overall, it's good. It's good to recommend tourist customers here.👍👍👍

There are many places to eat near the hotel. Unfortunately, we booked a Superior Triple Room for 3 peoples, and it turned out to be a double bed + single bed, because the system did not record it. Asked to change the room, because the price of the room is different, they said that there is no room for rent. The attitude of the hotel staff is not friendly. Try to understand the reason, and finally say that if you don't want to check in, you can check out directly. So booking online and getting the wrong room is the fault of the hotel or trip.com.

Room was clean and sufficiently large for 2 pax. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Dining options are plenty as there are many food establishments surrounding the hotel. Overall a simple but comfortable environment to spend the night.

Sufficient for a night stay with the basics- bed is clean, water pressure is good. Like that there's a spacious living room - actually its good to invite friends over for short drinks but no extra beds for guests. Find the tatami mat a bit dirty. Location is quite good - famous da tou lala claypot is just downstairs. Lots of ktv places within walking distance Checking in and out is fairly easy. Overall good for short stay

the venue is very cosy and clean. common area is very big and convenient for travellers to mingle. basic amenities such as towel and shampoo soap is provided. sleeping area is very clean and spacious. the host is very friendly in introducing the place to new travellers.
